If I can put 0 stars I would have, they are theirs, they did not tell me u was eligible for the 5 $ discount for lease. bunch of liars

Here is my story
I am not a newbie at activating new phones, I’ve done it at least 15 times. I received my new phone in the mail and after speaking with sprint customer service for 2 hours I had enough, I went to the sprint store. I usually do my business with BestBuy but it was black Friday and did not want to wait a long time. As soon as i stepped foot through the door i regretted it, i was surrounded by A LOT of people and did not feel comfortable. I was quickly greeted by Charise, I am not sure if Charise was a manger or Supervisor but she was at the door greeting. I told her my problem and she took my name down and told me to please wait. I waited for 10 minutes until i was helped, Not bad considering it was black Friday. Charise was the person that actually helped me. She was very polite and full of life. While helping me she was bombarded by other customers and co-​workers but she managed to keep her cool, very business appropriate. She spoke with customer service for sprint about my problem, and it seemed like they were also giving her a hard time, just like me. She was always on the phone speaking softly and being very patient. Finally after 20 minutes of her trying to explain the problem to customer service they finally got it. She made sure my phone worked and sent me on my way. Next time i do phone business i will be visiting this sprint store and i will recommend this store to anyone that asks. I will also recommend going to Charise. An amazing worker.

Do not get purchase a phone from Sprint and expect any support afterwards. Their policies and customer service are a joke. if you think you are saving any money with Sprint forget it. They will get every dime and then some and you will be stuck on a subpar network. Just go to Verizon. I cant wait until my contract is up! This is from a customer of nearly 10 years!

When I walk into any cell phone store I expect to be used and abused. This place was not exception to that. My EVO 4G charger port has been acting flaky, it doesn’t always accept a charge. So I took my phone here to get it fixed. Yeah right. I was told that it was «physical damage» and that they wouldn’t fix it. I tried to explain that it was physical damage from normal wear and that it should be covered. It wasn’t like i was shoving screw drivers in my charger port for fun. Anyways the hair gel dude pulls out his evo and says «i have had mine for 2 years with no issues man.» First off I don’t believe you. Second off your a douchebag.
After multiple calls to sprint and a second trip I got sprint to give me $ 75 dollars to apply to making an insurance claim on my phone.
All call phone stores are the devil. If you are going there you should just expect crappy service and disappointment.

Ghetto dump… avoid at all costs. You can’t get service this bad a Secretary of State. Crap service, thug patronage and a useless 300lb 50 y/​o security guard? Oh, I feel safe… all this in West Dearborn to boot. NEVER AGAIN!

Business good, so Sprint provide Blackberry 8730’s for everyone. Love Blackberry’s… Wife-​san love Blackberry too. I no longer have need to keep notebook close to me, ah great! Everything I do with notebook, I now do with Blackberry! Nothing bad to say about Blackberry… except, Why do they call it a Berry? It is black certainly… but not a berry.
This office was on way to client, not greatest office you can visit but it did job for what I need. They move contacts without hassle to new phone. No question asked. Thank You Sprint.
