The best service you will ever get is at this Tim Hortons. Their coffee is consistently good but I only get the greetings that I get at this place and at Fairlane Carwash. That’s it. Train your staff people!

Today I went through the drive thru and ordered a coffee. As soon as I pulled out I realized the coffee reward sticker had been peeled off. I called the establishment to let them know and the employee immediately hung up on me. Bad customer service. There are 3 Tim Hortons within a short distance along MI Ave in Dearborn, dime a dozen. Do yourself a favor and don’t get ripped off by this one!

This the BEST Tim Horton’s location in the area! I will drive past 2 other Tim Horton’s locations to get to this one. The staff are so friendly and actually get your order correct every time. And they follow up your request with «my pleasure». Customer service like this is so rare. Stay away from the Tim Horton’s on Michigan Avenue near Telegraph and the worst by far is the one also on Michigan near Gulley Road. I wish I didn’t have to drive out of my way to get this great coffee AND friendly service but I will continue to do so.
