Never have any flavors I want on cold stone side, always «running» out, b. s…if you guys want to open up a cold stone then have the damn flavors, and I don’t mean just choco and vanilla

For a chain bakery, the donuts are usually pretty good, it’s the employers that knocked off that one star. Maybe it’s not always like that, but they were just kind of slow and seemed like they didn’t want to be there. They had a nice selection of donuts, but I prefer Donutville USA more. I like how they have some seating, a tv, and a cold stone. I’d recommend this place for a quick dessert.

My order is always wrong and takes extremely long to finish. Workers are rather rude, no one is ever at the register, keeping people waiting till someone decides to help. Got a medium hot chocolate and it was filled 50 percent of the way, I kid you not. I also ordered two donuts which they placed in one bag over each other ruining them, with no clear distinction of which was which (vanilla cream or Boston cream), not to mention the sitting area is always dirty. Really only good for its location.

I’ve been here twice so far since they opened and both times I’ve regretted it. The employees seem incapable of doing their jobs and the ice cream is melting before you even pay for it. It’s just really sad and different from the usual cold stone experience that were so accustomed to.

What a wonderful place with a cozy atmosphere!
We came in for Coldstone ice cream and decided to stay and sit by the fireplace for a coffee.
The service was absolutely wonderful! I was greeted with a genuine smile and hello. The cashier was patient as our large group (of 9) decided what they wanted to order.
I started with a Coldstone birthday cake remix! I love watching them making the ice-cream!
We decided to stay and have coffee. I had a hazelnut coffee with cream and Splenda. We sat around the fireplace and talked for over an hour! What a comfortable atmosphere!
It is national donut day so we got an assortment of donuts and my favorite was the Nutella donut.
I really enjoyed this Café and will most definitely be back soon!
