Ghetto fabulous. Worn down lot, trash overflowing outside by noon, very dirty store, disorganized, a lack of staff on the floor, and the employees I did encounter were moving slow despite the long lines and completely disinterested in being helpful in any way. They sell toys that require air compressors and when I asked someone if they sell them she said no. i said that makes zero sense if you sell toys that need them. She was pretty whatever about it. After I pressed the issue and said there is no way that is true she mentioned they had one bike pump, which didn’t seem to be quite what I needed for what I bought.
I asked the kid ringing me up if I could get the rewards points for today if I sign up now and he said yes. This was before I paid. I asked him if it was all set after the transaction was complete and he said I would have had to tell him as he was ringing me up. I DID. Helloooo, that was you I was talking to. The kid was slow and incompetent. I used to work at a toy store around Christmas time so what I witnessed here was ridiculous all around with the staff. So now I had to go wait in another long time at guest services to get my rewards points. Guess what they tell me after I wait in that 2^nd line? That they dont even do it there and I have to go online to do it. Awesome. Also, if you walk towards the EXIT sign where you walked in, you’ll notice on the actual door it says do not enter, one way. under the exit sign. This store officially sucks. I only came to this store because they had what I needed according to the online inventory but never again

This store is located in a strip mall that has seen better days. The parking lot is crater-​pocked so be careful navigating it! Good news is, they have alot of great clearance items that other stores may have sold out of already. For example, I bought a Bewitched Barbie doll for Halloween decorating for $ 17.98 and I later checked on Amazon and saw the same one going for $ 48!!! 75% savings!!! Ka-​ching!
