Had them pour one pool deck section for me.
Not level with existing deck at ether joint, HAZARD.
Cap between section, HAZARD.
Outside not curved like existing deck but with jagged turns.
They also built a short retaining wall for me.
The contract says 3 day work with footing drying time but all was hurried in 8 hours.
Footing only 8″ wide when it suppose to be at least 12″, only 1″ thick in some places, not straight and not done as per drawing in the contract.
Contract also specifies the wall to be filled with concrete which was never done.
Totally shabby unprofessional work, I wish there was –5 star rating.
Only way to fix this is to demolish everything and start from scratch.
