C World Cleaners

The only reason why I frequent this cleaners is because of its location. Had it not been so close to my house, I would probably never return…
1. Service is terrible. The Indian ladies who are usually at the counter never smile or greet you. This should change because we are your customers and we are the ones keeping this place open! To most, service is the most important and I don’t think they understand that.
2. There have been a handful of times when my husband’s dress pants came back with TWO lines. I had never seen this happen before in my life and it shouldn’t in the first place.
3. For some reason, when I leave this place… I feel dirty. Maybe new interior paint would fix this issue. The place looks unkempt and messy which isn’t doing any good for the business.
As I was writing this review, I made up my mind to not ever go back to this establishment. They are not always terrible with providing what they’re in the business for, but every experience has been the same for me and it isn’t good.

Thought i’d be the one to ruin there decent star rating. About the 2^nd or 3^rd time at this place they charged me twice for one pickup but the lady behind the counter reversed the charges & it never hit my account. Decent little cleaners for this area. The strip mall is anchored by Kroger

If your looking for a quick reliable cleaners near the Avondale /​Decatur area, then this is it. I’ve dropped my shirts off here for about a year now and I’ve had to only take one shirt back. And that was my fault because I didn’t let her know that there was a stain. She was super nice and re-​did the shirt for free. I’m happy with the service i’ve recieved here, and as we know, cleaners can be truly hit or miss. The pricing is very reasonable for mens dress shirts, average for knits and sweaters.
I’m not sure where they found the old picture on the back wall, but trust me you’ll be amused.
All in all, a good place to drop your dry cleaning…
