2÷27÷2015 — The drive through attendant asked me «would you like to leave me a tip?» When did Captain D’s start allowing employees to receive and ask for tips. I was taken aback. This is highly inappropriate for a fast food drive through restaurant. She was smart enough not to include my receipt of purchase because it contained her name and the store number which i would have used to report her. Well I know how to use Google, so her violation of not giving me my receipt for the sake of me not reporting her is thwarting. I am appalled.

This was the worst Captain D’s I’ve ever been to. Those crab bites were so disgusting. The food tasted like it was sitting up for hours. The fish was so dry. I don’t recommend at all. I was very disappointed.

Personally, I prefer Captain D’s over Red Lobster… Lol, I’m not joking! This location is always clean, and the food is ALWAYS fresh and hot! They’ve had a makeover of the interior, and I think they did a great job with the décor. They also have these new compartment serving trays to replace the black plates they use to use when you eat in. They are nice and really enhance your order presentation. I usually come for lunch and it’s a great change-up from all the other fast food joints in the area. It’s actually kinda hard for me to consider Captain D’s as «fast food» because of the quality of the food and the price. And the WAIT! Yes, expect to wait a reasonable amount of time for your order. Again, I said«REASONABLE»! It never seems to long, just long enough to prepare your order fresh! No complaints from me. Oh yeah, wanna try something different? Shake some of that malt vinegar on your French fries for an extra«twang»! I love doing that! Enjoy!

Is there not a option for no stars!!! These KIDS are rude, ghetto, and don’t care about customer services. Had to ask for a refund!
