Well first off the young lady at the drive thru seemed like she was upset for having a job. No one told you to get a job at church’s… she was trying to rush us as if she didn’t want us to have a second order. When we drove up to the window, the window was full of hand prints lol I am glad I don’t eat church’s… My parents wanted to stop here but umm girl at the drive thru… do better .don’t like ya job. Get another one. and the manager on duty keep the window clean. Appearance is everything. either way it’s small as hell it doesn’t even look like they have a public restroom and if it did I definitely would hold my piss. So yeah. Handle that.

I love fried chicken from here. The only thing I hate about this place is that, most evenings, they would run out of chicken. Churches, why are you still open when you have no more chicken? It’s so disappointing when you really want to eat something and that particular place runs out of what you want to eat. I can see if that happens like once, but it has happened to me twice. When there’s a second time, there’s gonna be a third and fourth time. It makes you not want to come back after awhile, since they never have what you want. What fried chicken place only sells side orders after a certain time? And sometimes, the drive thru area smells like a dumpster.

Ok food but absolutely bad service it was pushy and it see like they were in a hurry… THERE WAS 3 PEOPLE THERE including me. Not only that I look in my bag and there’s more bbq sauce in the bag than on my chicken. That was a horrible experience and I hope I never EVER go there again. The parking look it full of holes amd the place looks dirtier than a gas station bathroom. It can easily pass for abandoned. I wish I can give it now stares –_–

First of all, what happened to customer service? I pulled in the drive thru, ordered my food and the cashier says «Is that it?», not «does this complete your order?», or «will that be all for you today» so I say «yes», she says «pull around»…then I get to the window she takes my money comes back with change and says «here ya go». At this point I’m just smh. She comes back with the food and what does she say? Another «Here ya go!» Maybe it’s just me, but whatever happened to «Thank you» «Have a nice day, come again»??? Well at least the food was nice and hot.
