My wife and I met David Downs last year through a friend who lives in Atlanta. On our first visit with him he took the time to drive us all around Decatur showing us several different types of homes, explained the neighborhoods and schools (we have a nine year old son and an 11 year old daughter) which is something important to us. He then showed us some of the fun and trendy restaurants and shops… again, very important to us. We haven’t purchased a home yet but when we do we will be giving David a call for sure. I highly recommend him based on his knowledge, patience and very friendly and fun personality. Also, if you enjoy craft beer and classic cars you will get along great with David.
