Beware of their products. I purchased about $ 100 products from EOS that were supposed to go with my procedure(according to them). My face was red from using those products in the very next day and I was told that they could not refund me or let me return those products. I had to call my credit card company authorized the refund since EOS refused to do so.

Just don’t go to this Dr. Stewart for injectibles. I went in for radius to soften my frown lines. Paid $ 600 and after 2 weeks my frown lines look just like they did prior to the $ 600. It was a complete donation to her pocketbook. She doesn’t know what she is doing. Then she had the nerve to tell me that I should remind her next time to add some radius a little lower on my frown lines and for sure that would do the trick. Huh? Next time? There won’t be a next time, and don’t you have my chart where you can jot down notes, so I don’t have to ‘remind you’(next time)?

Not to be confused with the EOS OBGyn(I know right?)…Which was always confusing when I would call for an appointment(I almost confirmed for a pap smear once, instead of a facial). So their appointment line is so messed up, I swear… I had(have) this Living Social deal for 2 microdermabrasions and I just got the first one a few days ago(who knows if they will honor the second one since I’ve booked it for 2 weeks after the deal expires)…The reason it took so long was mostly because of their call center organization… I would call and wait for 30′, then hang up, call back and they would still put me on hold… Another time I was told that what I wanted done was only available two days per week(not true)…I just did not feel dealing with them for a long time. But I went, and had absolutely no complaints. First, nobody was there on a Friday morning so I did not have to wait. The frontline staff were very friendly. The aesthetician was also very likeable and I believe did a good job. I personally think that I’ve had better microderms done in the past(I could not feel the microcrystals at all, only the suction) and I don’t think I would pay full price for it if the price is indeed $ 125. But I did not have any of the problems mentioned in earlier posts. What I believe happens is that their system falls apart after they launch the deal cause like I said soon after I bought it I faced major issues with trying to make an apt, but recently(about 2 months after) all went smooth(other than it took the person who answered the phone about 5′ to figure out I was calling for the spa services)

If you go here expect to wait about an hour past your scheduled appointment to be seen. I got the groupon for them so was committed to 3 sessions and waited at least an hour each time.
