I don’t know how they are with computers. I was there to rent a uhaul dolly. I walked in and a little dog barked and jumped on me. The oriental guy greeted me and said $ 10 for the dolly and he needed to hold my drivers license. I complained because I needed my license but he refused to just take a picture of it. I had another a driver with me so I let that go. I handed the man my debit card and he said«You don’t have $ 10 cash!» I said no and he walked right to his credit card machine and swiped my card. First of all why is it his business how I want to pay! Anyway he asked me to enter my pin. I told him I wanted him to put the transaction in as credit. He said he didn’t want to reverse the transaction after I asked him to do it so I can run it as credit. I was very irritated and told him he should asked me how I wanted it ran before swiping the card. He didn’t apologize or anything. He gave me a receipt and told me he would leave at 5:00PM. I called close to 5 and got voice mail and couldn’t leave a message as if it was an answering machine that cuts you off. I rode past just after 5 and the shop was closed. The next day I arrived at 9:00AM but the guy didn’t get there until 9:16AM with the little barking dog that jumped on me again. I didn’t get an apology for him being late. The man did ask me about my move and was in good spirits though. I left him the dolly and left the store. I didn’t have a good experience and this is my way of fighting back. I hope your experience is better and I hope the shop worker changes how he treats people and becomes more professional.
