We went here over the weekend and had some of the best sushi we’ve had in a long time. We first sat out on the patio but decided at the last minute to relocate to the sushi bar. We ordered 2 volcano rolls and 1 rainbow roll. The rainbow roll was absolutely perfect the fish seem to melt in our mouths like butter. When the waiter brought over the 2 volcano rolls we couldn’t believe our eyes. Several types of fish were piled up on top of the roll. They covered the fish with the spicy sauce in then slightly toasted it. This was the best sushi roll I have ever had! We are until we were miserably full! We definitely wattled out of there like two ducks with huge bellies!!! This may become a weekly spot for us!

Wow. This place has never been great, but they’ve sunk to a new low today. The good: the food was edible The bad: the brown rice was crunchy, the sushi rolled so loosely as to fall apart, the tea was bitter, and worst of all, I got onions in my meal after requesting none. I can’t eat onions because they make me sick(literally). The sesame chicken was about 75% batter, And the panang sauce was just gross. Believe it or not, our server was a manager. We won’t be coming back here anytime soon.

I’ve only been here once so perhaps I should not be whooping it up so loud, but my lunchtime meal of a «build your own noodle bowl» was fantastic. That’s all I had and that’s all I’m reviewing. Service was good. Not too invasive and not all kinds of disappearing either. The noodle bowl that I built was the ginger soup base, with mushrooms, snow peas(I think), and cabbage. I added chicken and rice noodles. Quite delicious and large. Perfect for a sick chick. Honestly, I would never come here and order sushi, I’m much too snobby for that, but for a large soup bowl filled with noodles, veggies, and protein yes please! Perfect for anyone with a cold or likes to eat something warm in the winter(or the summer).

Good food, but poor service. The food tastes good, but I don’t plan to eat there again unless I have a ton of time and am not that hungry since it takes a very long time to get your food. Appetizer took forever, and it came out too close to receiving the entrees. Wait staff very unprofessional, slow, and confused. Did not offer to get us high chair/boosters for our kids. When we were sharing dishes and asked for extra plates, we were brought tiny appetizer-sized plates. The poor service made the whole experience disappointing.

I was on a double date and the couple we were with suggested this place. I love asian and asian fusion gives me the best of multiple worlds… at least it should. Parking is ample, there is definitely a lot attendant making sure that patronizing customers are parking in the lot The ambiance and décor is chic and modern, thumbs up there are was well. The service was good. The server was very patient with my friend’s wife who had many modifications. I can’t speak for everyone else, but my food left little to be desired. I got the Masaman curry and if I wasn’t so hungry I would have sent it back. the masaman had a weird taste and the beef(my meat of choice for my curry that evening) was bland and flavorless. The portions did not compliment the prices either, in my opinion. I do believe that my choice of dish was a one time deal so I would recommend this place. Again, its Asian fusion so you can hop around between Japanese, Thai, Chinese, and more under one roof!

I wish I could say I liked this place overall. The food was good but service is terrible. Cold, distant staff underperformed on a moderately busy Sunday night. Our food sat on the warming rack until we prompted any server we could find for an update. It’s a bit suspect when your food comes out the second you ask for it. Don’t go if you’re in a hurry(even by dine in standards). The staff only has one speed. I’m not blasting just the wait staff. My main focus is the management that seemed to stare into the distance as diners sat empty handed. Go for the food and an adventure.

Me and my wife went to the restaurant for the first time on Saturday, it was our date night and we wanted to try a new sushi spot. When we entered we asked the server could we eat outside because it was really nice out, she said the outside was reserved for a party. Than the server sat us at a 2 top which was extremely small and close to the couple next to us. I asked the server could we move to a booth and she said yes and went back to the host station. When she came back she said those are saved for three people or more. So now we were frustrated that we couldn’t sit anywhere but at the small two top and so we told our server never mind and we left. I will never return to this restaurant because they wanted to get he money for a customer in a group three or more instead of saving a customer that was already in the restaurant.

Yet another terribly disappointing meal from Green Ginger. Delivery took one hour and thirty minutes. Everything was cold. Except the salads… they were warm. Soggy sushi, cold coconut soup with three quarters of a mushroom… not a single piece of tofu. Three out of the six crab Rangoon were completely empty. I got a complimentary order of ice cold spring rolls for the long wait. I’m done. Bye, Felicia. Girl, bye!

This is the worst experience I’ve had in along time at a restaurant. The waiters were rude and bad. The food came out an hour after we ordered… and cold. This experience was funny if it wasn’t so bad. We made reservation for a friend’s birthday and the didn’t have the reservation. No paper in the restrooms. Is this place trying to go out of business. This is my first time, and this is my last!!!

I agree with the last review about how the quality has decreased. We had a TERRIBLE service tonight, our waiter got an attitude after my husband asked about my drink. The drink I had waited 10 minutes while everyone else enjoyed theirs. Because of this incident the waiter the person that is supposed to serve yoy, help you, Be the face of the restaurant decided to punished us by NOT ordering our meal, we have a 6 year old ready to eat, ready for bed, after an hour wait my husband inquiried about the delay to his surprised our food had not been order. If you don’t know how to handle people with children you don’t need to be a waiter. If you don’t know who to manage your emotions you don’t need to be a waiter. If you don’t understand customer service you don’t need to be a waiter. Terrible experienced, I won’t go back! there are too many wonderful restaurants in Atlanta to get this type of treatment when you are willing to spend your hard earned money. NOTWORTH it!

My husband and I came here for lunch and we definitely won’t be back. I had the Sashimi lunch special and my husband had the the spicy salmon and Boston traditional rolls. The quality of the fish on my Sashimi was well below sushi grade. I couldn’t eat more than 2 bites and it’s a little pricey for such poor quality at $ 12.95 for eight small pieces of sub par fish. My husband said his sushi rolls were on par the what you would find in the supermarket, the fish wasn’t fresh and really both were seriously unappetizing. I rated 2 stars because the atmosphere and service were great BUT it didn’t compensate for a meal that was pretty much a total waste of money. I probably won’t return.

Food is three stars, delivery takes this place down to 2… Second time ordering from them and this is the second time we’ve waited 90+ minutes for our food to arrive. Actually sitting here waiting for our order to arrive now as I type this. They quoted an hour and we’re 3 miles away… unacceptable… Hire another delivery guy and you would have gotten 4 stars from me… Now I’ll just go elsewhere. Good specials, and they have yummy crab Rangoons… Management needs to invest in a couple more drivers and they’d avoid the influx of negative reviews… Hey, food just came… Just shy of 2 hours… Wife’s pad Thai has shrimp and we didn’t order that, luckily she doesn’t have a seafood allergy. One of the Rangoons is empty. Free California rolls are warm after almost 2 hours in a hot bag. My drunken noodles are pretty good but I’ve had better. Tried my wife’s pad Thai and it tastes like tomato sauce instead of fish sauce, noodles are dried out and gluey. Meh, I’ll be going elsewhere from now on.

I’m sad to report the quality of this facility has decreased /declined with the new management over the last many months. I have given many different trys and re-visits. Order many of my favorites and a few new dishes. I’m sad to report the Sushi is no-where near as good as it once had been. I usually like the dynamite roll. The last three times I have order the roll it has come out cold(it is a toasted roll, makes for a soft seaweed wrap) and the eel is sliced way to thick. I have also had the poor luck of getting spines /bones when eating sushi with eel. I did not have this problem in the past and it is a recent development. The wait staff has had a large turn over as well. When picking up lunch to go, I’ve been informed that my order is wrong because I order it wrong. I’be been ordering the same way for 4 years, it did not become incorrect until management and new staff came into the equations. I’ve used Eat 24 and Grub Hub to order online, they consistently get the order wrong when placed through the website. If you try to call you get left on hold and forgotten. While having lunch at the bar one day I witnessed this happen to an individual who had called and requested to speak with the manager. I will simply be looking to get my Asian cuisine fix from one the other fine establishment in the area.

Red curry and coconut bowl! Best part is you get to choose your own noodles and veggies. The sauce itself was amazing! Plus, when you check in you get a free set of spring rolla or crème brûlée. I got the spring rolls and they were good. The service was excellent today and the food didnt take too long. Also– the patio is great with comfy seats.

So I have been sitting here for 30mins waiting on one roll. There are only two tables with people in them. And about 8 workers 3of which in the sushi area Food was decent. My sushi once it came had a fishy aftertaste.

Upping my rating of these guys from a 3 to a 4. I’ve been back several times since my first review, and had a better experience the other times. I’ve had their Pad Thai(not the best I’ve had, but pretty good), fried rice(really good), and build your own noodle bowl(fun and tasty!). I’ll admit, again I didn’t have the best service last time I was there(waitress was a little inattentive and forgetful) but the food was good.

Food took two hours, I needed to take medication with food while I was at work, so as you can imagine, ‘ETA’ is somewhat important. Usually I don’t have a problem with restaurants in the area coming to my work, since everything is right around me. Never again will I venture outside of my comfort-zone-restaurants. After two phone calls and the delivery«to be delivered within 10 minutes» consecutively over the course of 30 minutes, the food finally came. I am about a mile, maybe mile and half from this place — that being said, instead of cooking up something fresh for me and running it back over, 2 hours after ordering I receive soggy sushi, soggy everything at that, no spoon for my soup, no napkins, and everything was room temperature or worse. Free spring rolls were thrown in for my inconvenience, but I completely lost my appetite. This place needs new staff and management.

I give Green Ginger three stars because I have had way better sushi and Thai food just right around the corner. The staff and environment is really nice. They also have a full bar with specials. I will also say that their Thai coconut soup is better than most.

My girlfriends and I went here for dinner tonight as part of our Mommies Night Out and I have to say I was pretty impressed. The Melon Martini was the drink special of the evening and it did not disappoint. Next up were appetizers. We ordered 3: the dumpling type things, shrimp tempura and a dragon roll; all three apps were amazing and good. The waiter also sent out complimentary spring rolls which were great too. For our entrees we had: General Tso Chicken(yum!), Thai Fried Rice(swoon) and Thai basil spicy fried rice(delicious). By the time we started on our entrees, we were so full that we didn’t even make it through. All in all this place was a hit and we love it. My only gripe was the size of the space. It is not a big restaurant at all so expect an extended wait time. They do cater to groups and families so that may increase your wait time as well. I noticed alot of people ordering to-go, especially the sushi. The sushi counter stayed busy with lots of to-go orders of the various types of rolls they do.

Delicious!!! We ordered the love story, dragon, ocean, and heaven rolls… all excellent. The wasabi Nigiri roll, and sushi regular were excellent! Definitely will come back! B52 Cheesecake is a must, and the Crème brûlée was great as well! Mixed drinks are just ok, they taste more like juice. So for drinks I would stick with beer or wine.
