Poor customer service: I called to set up a te to see the venue and was told I would hear back by 5pm the same day or no later than the next day and I still have not heard back. I also asked if I could come in on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday since I was coming from put of town and they gave me a very firm NO. There was no attempt to be flexible. So of course I’m not begging anyone to take my money. Also it saddens me because I want to support a black owned business. We have to do better.

I am saddened and greatly disappointed by the outcome of my dealings with«Jolie An Event Center», Decatur, GA. Timeline: October 2015 — Venue Visit(with Gwen, the owner) October 2015 through December 2015 — Periodic Questions and Answers(with Gwen, the owner) Tuesday, December 15, 2015 — @8:21am Jolie’s «confirmed» appointment details as it related to coming into the office on Dec 22, 2015 and signing the contract for our upcoming event. Tuesday, December 15, 2015 — @2:23pm an email was received from Gwen(the owner) stating the following: «I am sorry to inform you that at this time you and Jolie are not a good fit. We have cancel your appointment on Dec 22, 2015.» We have made two phone calls to Jolie’s(Gwen, the owner) in an effort to obtain an explanation because as you can imagine, we were totally surprised by the content of the rejection email. Needless to say, to date our calls have not been returned. Regards, A Disappointed and Puzzled Customer
