Dr. Jove practices at GA Knee and Sports Medicine and luckily, he became my doctor when I made an appointment to have my broken ankle examined after I returned from vacation in Turkey, where I broke it.
I didn’t have to wait long, got an X-​ray with my Turkish cast still on, and was seen right away. The service was excellent and everyone we saw was patient with me while I hobbled around tripod-​style with the forearm length crutches provided in Aspendos.
After Dr. Jove confirmed that the cast was good and the break was healing, he encouraged me to get some normal crutches at Walgreens because they would be cheaper there and another staff member showed me how they should be used.
Upon returning 2 weeks later, the cast came off and they gave me an Air Cast. Again, they showed me how I should use it and were very, very cordial. My experience here was the best I could have hoped for given the situation.
