I should have known the level of service I would get based on the fact that the owner, Kimberly, spent more time prying into my personal business and the details of my event, than thinking about my order. I made contact with her almost 2 weeks prior to my event, and my first concern and inquiry was whether or not she could accommodate my order in the limited time span. She assured me that she could accommodate my order. She said that she could not begin my order until payment of a deposit was made, which I would naturally expect. However, she sent the invoice – late afternoon Monday, barely 5 days prior to my event. The very next day, I paid the deposit with my AMEX (to protect my purchase), versus the cash tender she was expecting. After lecturing me, repetitively, about how I was putting «too much» pressure on her to produce my order in such a limited time, she still accepted my order, and charged my credit card with a 4% additional fee (because I used a credit card versus cash). I always respect my elders, so I allowed her to rant without interruption – plus, I clearly needed my t-​shirt order… Anyway, less than 15 minutes after leaving her house, she called to say that she could not produce my order in the time limitation. CONFUSED, I’m thinking to myself, «you didn’t know this 15 minutes ago before you charged my credit card???» Anyway, within a 10 minute span, I found a national company that was able to complete my t-​shirt order and deliver them to my front door within 48 hours. I received my FABulous t-​shirts on Thursday – a whole 2 days prior to my Saturday event. Whew!!! Lesson learned… DO NOT deal with ‘mom & pop’ businesses for important matters.

I was very satisfied with the customer service as well as the work. Ms. Kimberly was very helpful even volunteering to get my order done the same day I dropped it off. She completed the work faster than I would have expected and it was very professional. She chose the colors and the fonts for us and she made wonderful decisions. I would definitely use Kingdom Stitches again and recommend it to others as well. Don’t hesitate to bring your business here.

The work done on my graduation cap is beautiful. It’s classy and sophisticated and I love it, Mrs. Kim was wonderful about getting it done on time actually before time. I am proud to say I will be graduating this weekend and will walk across the stage with this beautiful work on my graduation cap. She is courteous and polite and made the experience stress free. Amazing woman+ amazing business= amazing graduation cap. Thank you Mrs. Solomon.

P. S. I do think it is very unprofessional for businesses to share so much of your personal information on the internet just because they are upset with your honest opinion of their service. This is actually a great example of how our conversations usually went while trying to place my order with her — I would try to keep it to the point and professional but somehow Ms. Solomon would find a way to make it personal and make me feel like I was a huge distress to her. I would rather someone turn me away at the door because they are unable to complete my order on time instead of making false promises and then making me feel like I was a burden on them. I do not wish bad upon anyone, which is why I have never left an unnecessary bad review for anyone, until now. If you still wish to place an order with her, I would just advise you to not give away too much of your personal information because you never know when she will use it against you on the internet.

I could not be more Pleased with the Quality work I had done at Kingdom Stitches, Kim and her Daughter were so Pleasant and Professional it would be a Mistake to go anywhere else. And the Prices are Beyond Fair. Must Visit Jay H.

I called this shop frantically after finding out my 2^nd anniversary was the next day… My plan was to buy handkerchiefs for my husband and have them embroidered with my husband’s initials. For some reason, I completely forgot about the anniversary and I had to find a shop FAST. After explaining my situation, the owner told me she had about 400+ jackets to embroider but she would be willing to fit me in. I drove a few miles from my home and finally arrived. In the shop, there were four ladies working diligently and I believe this is a family run establishment. They were all so very sweet and kind and we joked around the fact I’d forgotten about my anniversary. She then proceeded to whip something up on the computer and showed me all sorts of different fonts, colors, and options she could do. She told me to come pick them up the next day. When I went back to see the final results, they were absolutely perfect and just the way I had imagined in my mind. As I was getting ready to pay ($ 5 per handkerchief and I brought in six), she just said «happy anniversary, you enjoy your day!» I just kind of stood there and said «thank you, but I haven’t paid yet.» She told me not to worry and it was her gift to me…
There still is good in this world and that gives me hope. She was so lovely as well as her family members that create this dream team! I told my husband this story and he said we should bake them cookies soon.
You will not be disappointed bringing business here! And thanks again, ladies at Kingdom Stitches. You made our anniversary very special and unforgettable. We will be back soon!!!

After buying new luggage for my wife at the Vera Bradley store and being told that it could be monogrammed for her I went on a quest to have it done. I proceeded to five different embroidery places around town and called three more to find put that none of them could/​willing to do luggage. I found Kingdom Stitches name on Yellow
and called. I was greeted by a professional young woman’s voice, in which I gave her my story and she said that they would be glad to help and took my name and number to call me back when the owner came back to the office. I received a return phone call in a timely manner and was given directions to their office/​home. I arrived and was greeted professionally and they started working on my items immediately. I was given a time that the job would be done and excellent pricing for my project. The owner and her staff were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I would highly recommend Kingdom Stitches for any project, large or small.
