While the Oak Grove doctors are fine, their billing process is not. I made sure at the time of my visit that all procedures were covered by my insurance. A month later, I received a bill by mail for that visit. Calling the only number on that bill was a classic exercise in customer no-​service frustration. I had to call the office directly to get it handled, and am still not sure it has been.
Rating their doctors is a 4 or 5. Rating their billing is a 1 or 0.
