Eat elsewhere would be my advice. You will spend quite a bit of time here, even when they are not busy. That has been my experience on the last 3 visits. Wait staff tend to disappear often. On my visit this evening, the manager waited on us part of the time, then he also disappeared. Food was mediocre at best.

Live a few min away and had multiple visits. Food is standard but service is lacking. No crowd on any visit but servers tend to disappear. It’s a dated location slowly dying off. Head down to Chili’s or Sam’s sports bar.

So disappointing. Our waiter was having a rough day and he spilled our drinks all over us. Understandable. Could happen to anyone. But the entire staff who saw just laughed and cheered and never came to help him clean it up. They just stood around and watched even though they weren’t doing anything. Never saw a manager. Never offered any compensation for the inconvenience of having to move tables in wet clothes with an infant! Food was acceptable but the service was a major disappointment.

Spending quality time with my babies. Happy birthday, Dustin. You’ll always be my baby even though you’re 28 today. I love you.

This was not a very good experience. The A/C vent kept dripping on me. The food was not very good. I eat at O’Charleys regularly and I get the same thing every time. The pie was not fresh. The service was slow. Rolls weren’t warm. Soup was cold. This branch needs some work.

Absolutely the WORST service I have ever had… We ordered and got our food 20 – 30 mins. later… It was on a non-crowded Monday night. When we got our food they gave me the wrong thing. So they finally brought our food after 25 mins. of waiting… Our waitress had forgotten… and we didn’t get our check for 20 mins. after we finished eating… We had to call the manager! Poor service

Well I won’t eat at my local O’Charley’s and this is the last one I visited so this shall be the one I rate. My friend and I went there for lunch to get the endless soup and salad. It wasn’t very busy so we were seated quickly. We ordered right away and got our food right away, not surprising since they shouldn’t have much to prepare. The reason I love O’Charley’s so much is the potato soup and rolls. That is the main reason I will go back. I have always thought their menu selection was decent and their food was worth eating but the main menu isn’t what intrigues me. I don’t mind making a meal from the sampler appetizer. It has chicken fingers, potato skins, and pepper jack cheese wedges. I do love those cheese wedges. The reason it’s on my Top 100 Dishes to Try list: Potato Soup The reason it’s on my Little Things list: yeast rolls Pepper jack cheese wedges

I haven’t eaten at an O’Charley’s in a couple of years. My daughter and I went and had lunch there on Monday. They have been advertising a pick two special that appeared to be similar to the one they offer at Panera Bread. So, my daughter ordered off the kids menu and I did the pick two items for $ 5.99. I was not pleased. The choices were very limited, first off. Panera Bread has much better selection on their menu for pick two. Second, the food was horrible. I ordered a house salad and the soup of the day, which was a broccoli cheese soup. The soup was watery and had little cheese or broccoli in it. The soup was way too salty. That’s saying a lot since I like salt. The salad was 99.9 percent iceberg lettuce with only 2 pieces of tiny romaine lettuce that I could find and very few toppings. The carrot shreds were minimal as was the cheese. The rolls were bland and though hot, were not the yeasty tasty rolls that other places offer. These weren’t true yeast rolls. Blea! My daughter’s mac n’ cheese, was mediocre, like most places. The fries were from frozen processed fries. Nothing good there either. The waitress was nice. The manager was nice. But no one asked if we liked the food, or I would have told them how horrible it was. I will not be going to O’Charley’s again. Bottom line, if you want a pick two lunch go to Panera Bread, not O’Charley’s. If you want good soup or salad go to Panera Bread.
