I have seen Beth approx. 10 times. She is competent and always on schedule. I am flexible as well so it’s been a pretty great partnership. I was a bit turned off by my initial phone call and contact with the receptionist; but, it’s been pretty smooth sailing since that initial contact. I would recommend this location.

Awful experience. The person I worked with was rude, unfriendly, and basically treated me as though she was doing me a favor by working with me. She was competent in sports medicine – that’s true – but she had a truly abysmal bedside manner. One day, a trainer from another location came in to substitute when my trainer was out, and she was marvelous. I begged her to let me transfer to her home location, but she said that this happens a lot to her when she comes to the Decatur place, and they don’t like her stealing their patients.

I spent 3 months in physical therapy at the Decatur location of Physiotherapy and my program was successful. Therapists Andrea and Megan are knowledgeable and encouraging. The practice is in an easy access location with plenty of parking and office staff is pleasant. Don’t worry about lots of equipment or a huge space. These folks know what they are doing and are sincerely happy to help. I recommend this practice highly!
