Fast and courteous. Ordering on the Pizza Hut app was easy. They even called us to let us know they did not have Cherry Pepsi (it was the only option on the app), which actually worked out better because we wanted Sierra Mist anyway. The driver was quick and pizza piping hot.

I live a mile and a half away and somehow they don’t deliver to my address. Based on the previous reviews I’m guessing they probably just didn’t feel like it.

Horrible customer service, bad attitudes and a 3 hour wait on delivery on a Tuesday! I kid you not, ordered pizza at 7:14pm didn’t arrive until after 10pm! Never again! Avoid at all costs. Hell in 3 hours I could have made my own pizza!

I hope the pizza is good. They have a health score of 86 and a piss poor attitude score of –10 !! I hear a «manager» complaining about a customers complaint. It is Decatur tho so… idk what exactly I was hoping for. Maybe polite service? the staff are miserable, very bad attitudes. I’m just here for pizza. Save that extra

Slow service and door is always locked because they always get robbed. There service is also sad, lacking energy. They always seem sleepy or just not wanting to be there.
