Race Trac

There are 5 associates in the store but all are to busy to help with customers. Manager sitting on the floor counting and never once did he look up to say anything. I think I will give my business to QT from here on.

Meh is the only way to put it.
Usually, and I mean USUALLY, I have a great experience in the new Race Trac stores since they revamped the layout and the goods they offer inside. However, this was a complete miss on Race Trac’s part.
I was jonesin’ for a cup of joe, and no sooner than the craving hit me, the Race Trac appeared. So, I pulled in. I went to the coffee bar, and started pouring a cup of dark roast. Upon filling it around halfway up, I noticed that the cup wasn’t getting hot, and sure enough– the coffee was tepid. So I poured it out, and tried again. This time I sprang for the Colombian blend, and again my lips met lukewarm mediocrity. Defeated, I figured I’d go try to get caffeine how any proper Southerner would. I went for the Tea Bar.
Womp. Womp. Womp.
Every container of sweet tea was empty! How does this happen at a gas station? I’ve never been in a store where they don’t have hot coffee on tap.
I might’ve forgiven the experience if the staff was working, but sadly that wasn’t the case. I was clearly struggling with my drink choice, yet the staff looked the other way and continued to chat.
Next time I’m in the area, I’ll go straight to the Quik Trip down the road. I know they want my business, and I know they ALWAYS have drinks available!
