Before the service started, I had to wait 45 minutes for a table. I believe that that is absolutely ridiculous to wait that long for a table. Once I was finally seated, my waiter(Nazier) was very pleasant and consistent with my orders and drinks. His customer service skills were welcoming and if I was to ever to decide to come back, he would be the reason why.

I have gone to this particular Red Lobster for years and have watched it grow from just perfect to where it is Now. Unless someone invites me and they are paying, I will not be going here any longer. I wrote a previous review on this location. So we went to the McDonough location. At least the atmosphere didn’t smell like old strong urine. You shouldn’t have to ask a waiter for eating utensils and napkins after you get your food. The food was ok. We had the lobster and lobster Alfredo. Also why do we have to ask the waitress to remove all the dishes that we were not using any longer? Shouldn’t they know this? Other than that they were on a scale of 1 – 10 an 8.

Horrible… they brought us food without utensils to eat with! What did they expect, for us to dunk our face into our plate. I’ve been here several times hoping that each time will be a little better. I must admit I only come out of convenience because it is close to home, but I think I’m done and will travel a little farther away to a location that respect their customers a little better. If you go before close expect to wait and not be serviced for quite a while. Only half of the televisions do not work at the bar. Although the food is good the breading stay in the home of the fish and the shrimp is cooked just right.

I’ve eaten here over a dozen of times… Very glad to have had quality customer service each time, compared to the reviews. Be prepared for a wait on Sunday’s, but usually the bar is open for service with little to no wait. The food here is usually seasoned and cooked better than most Red Lobster’s. I like the fact that if I’ve ever had an issue the management staff was always willing to put my concerns 1st and remedy the situation. Also, Red Lobster has said«No» to genetically modified(GMO) salmon!!! I appreciate that…

I had to call this Red Lobster 5 times before they picked up and by the time they picked up I was literally pulling into their parking lot. I had to wait 30 minutes for my food and when my food finally came the only thing hot was the biscuits. When I got home I noticed my corn wasn’t burnt and my tilapia was undercooked. Overall, I am disappointed with the service and the food from this location.

They barely answer the phone, so good luck placing a call ahead/take out order. Be prepared to sit and wait 20mins smh. I haven’t eaten inside in a while, but from what I remember, it wasn’t bad. They just need to get the take out order section together.. .

The worst thing I could ever imagine happened as I attempted to enjoy the jumbo coconut shrimp and piña colada sauce… a HUGE Bug in the sauce!!! The manager came over, told me he would give me a free meal, but when another person in my party asked for the entire bill to be free the manager immediately replied I’m Not Doing That! WTH? I almost ate a freaking bug and you don’t want to accommodate my entire party of 5. Luckily for him my boss was paying because this was the worst incident I have ever experienced in any place. I will never eat there again!!!

Me and a Christian sister went to this Red Lobster on Sunday. We had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. So we sat in the area for pickup. The staff kept checking on us until we were seated. The food is always good. I am truly impressed with the customer service at this location. Thanks for taking good care of us. That’s how you treat a lady!

Came for late lunch cause I was in the mood for some biscuits. There are like 5 people in the whole place cause it’s after the lunch crowd and before dinner. I ordered all at once since I’m on lunch and don’t have all day. Server started out attentive in taking my order. Then made me wait like 10−15mins for a drink. Salad came out. Currently waiting 25mins(and counting) after finishing salad to get my fried shrimp. Those take 5mins to cook. . Had to ask another server to go get my server for an explanation. He came out and stated the kitchen messed up and was remaking my shrimp. 5mins in a fryer y’all. My side-eye led him to get his manager who offered an equally weak apology. At this point I just was my little check so I can leave.(Walking out is strongly in back of my mind) To say service is slow here is an understatement. Will have to try out that cheddar biscuit mix they have in the grocery store instead the next time I get a craving.

I went on a Monday night, it was pretty slow, the service was just ok, not awesome. Our cheddar bay biscuits came out lukewarm, one entrée looked like it had been sitting for a while before we got it and another entrée came out cold. Definitely not the Red Lobster that you expect. What’s really odd is I have gone on busier nights and everything was great. :-/

I would first of all like to say Thank You so much for accommodating my daughter’s wedding party of 18 on 12÷06÷14. Not only did we not have reservations they were able to seat all of us within 30 minutes. What a job, team work truly does make the dream work. The staff and management were outstanding and very professional and prompt. We could have not chosen a better location for a great celebration. Once again! Thank You Guys so much!

It’s red lobster, they are pretty standard. Nothing stands out in this location. The service is slow and sometimes rude. It doesn’t seem very well kept, I get an overall feeling of laziness from about 60% of the staff. Some seem to actually be happy to be alive. Most seem like life is a punishment to them. Food is fine, but its red lobster. I don’t expect much more than hot biscuits, which I got plenty of.

This is probably the closest Red Lobster to where I live. While I do love local restaurants, I have loved Red Lobster since I was a poor college student and thought this was top shelf. I still love their biscuits and food however. The service here is great. I didn’t like looking at a housing project and a dumpster while I was eating though.

Normally, I’m not a huge fan of chain restaurants but a friend was in town and wanted to go with his family. I was pleasantly surprised by the service and the actual food. The food was hot, tasted fresh, and the service was pretty good. We ordered a variety of things including shrimp, lobster tails, and steak and everyone was pretty satisfied with their food. The only downside was that there was a wait to get a table but it is the holiday season and a lot of people are taking vacation time. Overall, we had a good meal for a good price. P. S. Its worth it to go if you can get a fresh batch of hot cheddar biscuits. I promise those biscuits are so good, they make you wanna slap yo mama to get some more!

Other than cheese biscuits, red lobster is nasty. I hate chain restaurants in general. Though there are exceptions. I have taken my wife here on a few occasions because it’s close. The first few times we went it was great(for what it is). But the last time there were flies, everywhere… I would rate it one star but I know management changes can bring down the quality of a place but I give it one extra star because of the halfway decent meals I have had in the past.
