Barry and his company had done work for my husband’s commercial property and he was pleased. So when another window cleaner cancelled due to weather and was not available to reschedule until July, I called Barry. He was extremely nice and willing to help out. However, when Shaun showed up to do the work he quoted $ 11 per window for exterior only (also knowing I was hosting an event at my house that night). After speaking with Barry it appeared we had worked out an agreement on pricing. I agreed to more than a 50% increase over what was indicated over the phone understanding our windows are not «standard». Shaun and his helper began the work and I left the house to run errands. Within an hour they had left and obviously not done the work as agreed. I tried to reach Barry several times by phone but was only able to leave a message.

Very happy with this company. Just had my windows done on Monday and they have already called back to be sure I was happy with the work! Very friendly and professional and my windows look great!
