Subway

The food @ this subway was fine like most subways. The service was decent, the employee didn’t skimp me on my scoops and the vegetables didn’t look wilted. The smell here is really off putting though! I had a gift card I want to use but will most likely not return bc of this.

Mental note for me to not return to this Subway at Shamrock.
I popped in there about 9:15ish to grab a quick bite to eat and even checked the door to verify they closed at 9:30. Got my sandwich at 9:18 and sat down, even pulling my phone out to look at the time and keep an eye on it so I could make sure I finished eating before closing.
As soon as I sat one of the workers came over and said ‘Excuse me, ma’am, it’s closing time’ [sic]. I replied that I thought closing time was 9:30. They repeated something like ‘No, it’s closing time’ and ushered me out.
So, now annoyed I went out to the parking lot and ate in my car (I still had another errand to run while out or I would’ve just gone straight home). I sat there and watched as I ate and they still had their lights and ‘open sign’ on. I even finished my sandwich just before 9:30 and they still looked open. I drove off, needless to say, still annoyed. :/​
I mean, I get that when its close to closing you just want to get out of there (especially after a long day — I’ve been there!) and when people come to eat right at closing it can be a bit annoying at times, but when you are STILL OPEN, I just think you should let people eat there (or, if for some reason you’re closing early, either turn your sign ‘open sign’ off or notify the customer of the change in schedule).
I guess I’ve been spoiled by the nice people at other places that stay open slightly later until I need to leave (which honestly isn’t often AT ALL, as I personally HATE to do that to people and try my best to finish my meal in time or not even go in if I think I can’t — and, in this case, as I said, I would’ve finished just as they closed). Anyway, I’m just annoyed and will likely not return. Ugh.

This location doesn’t believe in the subway promotions they are always changing their prices and not really compliant with the subway values which you get a lot of dealing with the associates bad attitudes

This is by far the worst subway in the area. They over charged me from the menu price and took forever to make the food. I was in there for 25 minutes and I was the only customer.

For a Subway, this location is among the best in service and quality. The owners work hard to make your sandwich just the way you want. Tables are always clean and there is plenty of seating to eat inside. Sandwich ingredients are always fresh and sandwiches are stuffed with what you want.
