Walk-In Weaves

This is my very last time trying at this place. They over charge, my hair was not the way I wanted even after I washed it to try and give it volume it’s still just thin and flat. It doesn’t look good at all. I’m going to take it out in a week and get my hair done correctly at another salon. I won’t be coming back here.

My stylist was great. The atmosphere was horrible. The manager spent half the time taking up the wash bowls to die her hair weave for the Beyonce concert. I had to sit and wait for a shampoo bowl because the manager had to get her hair ready. Her girlfriend came in and was very loud and used profanity around the clients. She threw the «N» word around so much, I thought I was at a Lil Wayne Concert. The manager left and returned later with her girlfriend and her outfit. She laid these items across the booths to get her co-​workers opinions on her outfit. She then proceeded to use profanity to express her anger at her girlfriend. This rant was extremely loud and so very unprofessional. She then proceeded to complain about her outfit as her girlfriend continued to curse and beg her to get dressed so they could go to the concert. She finally went to the back and changed. At this time her girlfriend went to the liquor store to buy her something to drink. This drink, according to her partner, would calm her down. So she return with alcoholic beverages and proceeded to drink it in front of clients. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a salon. To think as a manager, that it is OK to use profanity and drink liquor in a salon is ridiculous! Moreover, to assume that no one would be offended is even WORSE. I was told that this establishment was African American Owned. What a embarrassment for this hardworking sister to have that kind behavior in an establishment with her reputation and money supporting it. We’ve got to do better.

Great customer service. Brandice is friendly and professional. I only get styled by Donna her knowledge and talent is notable and I have never left unhappy or dissapointed. She is the best and I am a super fan and committed customer.
