I would leave negative stars if possible. This company has awful customer service. During our bus tour we hit a deer which sent me flying and I was stuck at the bottom of the stairs. The driver kept on driving, never asked me once if I was ok. I ended up having a concussion, bruising down my ribs and arm. When I called to voice my distaste for the way the situation was handled the owner just wanted to argue with me. After a while he did apologize, but at that point it was to late for me. I would recommend another company that is professional and respectful of the people spending $ 550 to rent a bus.

Driver was great! I think his name was Nate or Nathan? Wonderful service and would definitely use again! Bus was great. It was very clean and comfortable. We got the charter bus and it even had a bathroom.
