I had never had an acupuncture until I discovered Brenda Harris and her center in Decorah, Iowa. I had/​have been dealing with moderate/​severe back pain.
From the first time I contacted Brenda she was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
The treatment itself was very relaxing, lasting over an hour. She asked more questions about my wellness than any other western doctor ever has…
Her treatments are not a cure-​all for pain. But they work, for me. I walk away feeling relaxed, with less pain, and in a better state of mind.
I recommend anyone on the fence to give acupuncture a try, Brenda Harris in particular!
