Decorah City Campground

Immaculate grounds, very clean shower room, and quite family safe. I don’t always utilize the city campgrounds (I prefer the free government lands at trout streams) but when I need electricity, this is a nice place to stay overnight.
The only gripe I have is that the free wifi only seems to work half the time (usually at 3 AM).
I wasn’t too thrilled when yesterday someone tried to steal my locked bike (it shook the camper van). Apparently, since they couldn’t get that, the Home Depot bucket on my rig was easier to snatch.
It is what it is… If you go during the week this place is quiet. Weekends are packed. It can be a little chaotic with very small kids on bikes riding out in front of you as you pull in. Be wary. If you camp 365 days out of the year like I do, you might want to find some place more quiet.
