I bought a new ipod from these guys in Mid Nov 2012. It malfunctioned oct 2013. It needs to be replaced. I reached out to sims, they directed me to Apple. Apple had a Dec 2011 sell date on this ipod (identified by serial number), hence the one year warranty expired Dec 2012, ONE MONTH after I purchased it! Had I known Sims was not an authorized apple dealer and its products were essentially un-​warrantied, I never would have bought this! I called them (Ryan) back with this complaint. No help. No «let me help you fix this». No «we stand by our products». Just know what you are getting onto with these fakers.
