Express

Had two pairs of jeans that wore poorly, and developed holes. Customer service instructed me to exchange them at my local store. Good customer service to that point, and then I had to deal with Hanah at the Dedham store. Hanah is very rood, has no idea what customer service is, and should not be dealing with people. She was hostile, and treated me like I was doing something wrong, and all I was doing is returning a poor quality product. I also observed her mistreating another customer. Shame on you Hannah. and shame on you Express.
HQ needs to look into this store, and this location is not representing your brand very well.

Terrible places to shop! Bought a gift for someone I paid in cash, and got a gift receipt. When my friend tried to return the item with the gift receipt they only offered store credit. What’s the point of giving out gift receipts if you only get store credit? It doesn’t make any sense. I will never shop here again. I tried to speak to a manager (Kyle) he was extremely rude and just kept trying to speak over me. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I really like this store for purchases like man and woman shirts, t-​shirts and jeans but only when the on Sale. The price are great for a quality. Never have problems with their cloth. My favorite have to be jeans selection. I love the way they fit on me. And they amazing quality. I still have some that I purchase 5 years ago and they in great condition. Definitely worth spending like $ 50 on pair. Dress shirts for man and woman have great selection with huge variety of styles and colors. It’s hard to find now woman shirt that has no spikes or studs. Hate that. And their sizes are great. Some places XS feels like medium. Man shirts have different fitting (fitted, extra slim and modern). And they always have some sort of sale.
I like this store in particular as I think everything is organized. In some stores u will find sale cloth in boxes right when you entering stores. This place have all that cloth hanged all the way In back, so you can nicely go thru each item and see what you like.
The only minus about this particular location is fitting room. Sometimes it takes a whole to find a person who can open the food for your as they locked. But I think it’s in every Express store. They need to look into it as a lot of people complaint about this issue.
