Jefferson at Dedham Station

Jefferson at Dedham Station leaves much to be desired. Rental rates here are extremely high for the quality of the amenities and apartment homes. We had an 18 month lease and during that time the entire office staff was replaced, there is a high turnover rate. The appliances and fixtures in both of our units was cheap, as was the carpeting and linoleum (yes, linoleum) floors in the kitchen and bathroom. We had a pretty awful leak in our unit and upon move out they tried to keep our entire security deposit AND request more on top of it for damaged carpets. We paid for a professional cleaning service before move out and there was minimal damage aside from General wear and tear. Most of our neighbors we spoke with were also unhappy with this complex. Some residents attempted to create a residents coalition, that should say enough!
Pros: awesome location; highways, shopping, and restaurants nearby. Great storage space in units, high ceilings.
Cons: overpriced, poor amenities, high renter and staff turnover

The manager is very friendly and very accommodating to find an apartment for your needs.
