Best of the best! After the recent storm, I couldn’t get ANYONE to deliver to me. They came out and attempted to get down my road but the plows hadn’t done an adequate job. They returned 3 more times and even called the city to request that my street be cleared so they could fill me up. The most delightful people work for this company and they will do anything to help a customer. Fair prices and great service. Thank you, Payless!

These folks have been delivering our oil for about three years now. Good prices, good quality, and they always deliver when they say they will. They even recommended an HVAC repairman who’s done a great job servicing our furnace and AC system.

Everyone here is great! Their prices are always the best, service is outstanding and they come exactly when I need them to, so you never even know they have been there until you get a bill :) Great service, would definitely recommend them!

I’ve used these guys twice… Their prices are low. and they don’t pull any bait and switch nonsense when they advertise their prices on
. A lot of companies advertise a low low price and when you call the price goes higher. Payless sticks to its price.
Both times I called they delivered the same day. They also don’t trap you by telling you to pay over the phone and then say «we’ll get to you when we can».
These guys deliver pretty much when they promise, great customer service, and they take checks. I hate these C.O.D. jerk offs.

I ran out of oil and needed to have it filled ASAP. Called a bunch of companies, that were all unresponsive. The guy from Payless Oil was super nice and was at my house in Jamaica Plain filling the tank within half hour. Didn’t even charge me for priming the system (another company told me that they’d charge $ 50 for that service, which actually only takes a minute).
