I would go again to them because the location is convenient for me. In terms of quality of the stringing, I can’t say it’s better than or worse than any other place. I don’t understand the rave reviews on here.
I gave it on a Friday morning and got it back on Monday evening. Maybe it was only that particular weekend and they are prompt usually.
My racquet needed to be restrung within 2 weeks because it wasn’t done properly the first time — they restrung free of charge.

This is a great place to stop by and check out what is new in racquets, sneakers, strings and everything else tennis related. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Things are competitively priced.
Service exceeds all expectations. I needed once my racquet restrung on a weekend when the shop was closed. Owner came to the club and finished it in time for my match.
Recommend wholeheartedly.

Just bought a racket from Strings and Things. The racket came super quick and in very good condition. The store owner was informative and provided tracking for shipping and receipt of purchase. I recommend this shop and would consider buying from them again.

I highly recommend buying all your tennis gear from here. I recently purchased two tennis racquets from here, and Naoufal was extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and gave me a great price. He even let me demo a few racquets to decide which one I liked best. He also has a great selection of other tennis gear, including shoes.

Ever since my first visit to the club over a year ago, I have been very impressed with the quality of service provided by Naoufal and Team. The team is able to recommend and customize the stringing (based on my type of game, and as a tournament player, it has made a huge difference).
As the previous reviewer commented, Naoufal is able to get you any products you need (shoes, accessories, racquets… etc) at very competitive prices.
I prefer shipping my racquets to Dedham and in 2 – 3 days the cost and quality is absolutely worth it!
My recommendation is to tap into the expertise/​knowledge the team is always happy to offer which you would never get from a generic sporting good shop. So ask for their advice…

I’ve been playing tennis for many years now and over time it’s been harder and harder to find a place that really knows how to string racquets. I struck gold when I found this place. The owner and staff are very knowledgable in all aspects of the sport and the owner has his certification as a Master Stringer. Not many places are certified at that level. You can’t go wrong. You’ll notice the difference.

I am writing this review as a player who has purchased multiple rackets and shoes from the store, and it is where I always go to have my rackets restrung. Naoufal and his team are great at understanding the type of player you are and the appropriate string type an tension for your game. Great turn around time on stringing and it really improves your game — don’t be the player who waits for their strings to break before they restring. If you are playing a couple of times a week, it is a great investment to restring your racket and get it back to the appropriate tension. Although it is a small shop, Naoufal can order you pretty much anything you need, so make this your first (and last) stop for shopping for your tennis needs.
