I’m in MA for the summer and have to say, I was shocked by this place. Abominable customer service. Tracy(?sp) was rude, condescending and wrong about a bed working. I called from the tanning room and she didn’t take the call. After I got re-dressed and went out to tell her about the bed, it was obvious she was on a personal call. When I said, «Excuse me», she ignored me until I said it for the third time. Then she scolded me for pressing a button twice(which I didn’t do — I’ve been tanning for 20 years). I asked her to put me in the other bed(figuring it best to ignore her nastiness) and she wouldn’t answer me. I had to go around in front of her and ask. Finally, she acknowledged me, but only said, «Wait!». Her colleague who was standing beside her was mortified. Tracy was gone after I finished my tan and her colleague apologized saying she would never speak to a customer that way. I left a message for the manager, with his son, but did not receive a call back.(Four days ago.) Thank goodness I only bought a small package; I certainly won’t return. I alerted everyone on Facebook about this place. In this economy, and with so many quality tanning places available, letting your customers know you couldn’t care less about them is a great way to go out of business.

Went here to gear up for summer past two years and the place is pretty nice. Friendly staff that are very helpful and they have somewhat reasonable prices and some very good packages. They do try to push some lotion type products on you at times but what salon doesn’t? The place is pretty large and the booths and beds have their own private changing rooms and are very clean. There is however a wait at times and on weekends it can get crazy. Private lot parking in a shopping center make this an ideal location.
