I asked for a medium cooked steak and got a rare cooked steak. After we were seated it took the waitress over 15 minutes to come over and ask us what we wanted to drink and eat. We had to call her over. And when we did come over she said that there were big parties ahead of us. But I had seen her wiping down tables as well. So what, learn how to serve or ask for backup! Or at least let the customers know you will be slow that evening. I asked for a drink which didn’t come till I was already done eating my meal. I asked for a meal in a to-go box. It wasn’t brought with the rest of the food and I understand, the waitress maybe misunderstood that I wanted the meal to-go. Anyhow, we were given the bill and then expected to wait for the meal to be cooked. I thought why wasn’t this meal brought to us at the same time the bill was brought(even though I wanted it at the table when we were all eating). So after waiting for 7 minutes I asked the hostess to remove this from the bill as I was leaving and not going to wait around. Then the manager over heard me and said ‘why are you asking the hostess? She can’t do anything about that’. Here’s why I am asking the hostess: 1. She works here doesn’t she? 2. I didn’t know I was only allowed to ask the manager. 3. No one was wearing a clear name/title badge saying what their role was. I didn’t think it was too much to ask the hostess and I thought she would find the right person to be honest. Horrible waitress and management!

Expensive and mediocre food and service. Food is very ordinary and chicken was particular tough and filled with grizzle, yuck! Had to flag down the waitress a number of times. will not return. Wish they would put a quality restaurant here.

The food was mostly decent. Tuna tartare was flavorful with grade a tuna… fresh. Parmesan truffle fries was yummy and mac and cheese(bacon and parmesan) was tasty and serious PMS food. However the cheese didn’t come across like parmesan. It was more like American maybe because of the bacon. The honey barbecue chicken didn’t taste like barbecue but it was more like soy… it was ok. The meatballs were my least favorite. I returned the carrot cake since it the cake itself was dried and thin and tasted more like gingerbread and the icing was thick and massive and hard. I am a great fan of carrot cake and this was not good at all. Ambiance was casual cool and server was nice.

Yesterday, a close girlfriend and I ate at Wicked in Dedham(Legacy Place). We split a fig and prosciutto pizza, and it was absolutely divine! But the real story here is about two incredible gentlemen who were working as hosts for the day. Seated next to us was a woman with a young boy, maybe 3 years old. She was a bit frazzled as her son was acting out in the way that overtired and hungry little boys are known to do. He started to throw a tantrum, she got frustrated and asked the waitress to pack up their(not even ready yet) food so they could leave. She didn’t want to continue to disrupt the restaurant. At this moment, one of the hosts appeared. He walked right up to the little boy. The woman looked incredibly embarrassed and seemed ready to explain they were going to leave as soon as she had their food and signed her check. But the host didn’t scold. Didn’t sass. Instead he said to the little boy, «Do you like to color? Do you like crayons? I have all of these crayons and coloring pages, and I’m just too busy to color. Can you help me?» The boy was very pleased and distracted by this tactic, and began to color. The food arrived, in to-go containers. The host sat with the boy for about 5 minutes and colored, giving mom just enough time to eat a quick piece of pizza and set up a slice for her son. And the second host? During this whole interaction, he was doing the jobs of two people with a smile. We were both extremely impressed with the professionalism and compassion of the staff yesterday. I wasn’t able to speak to a manager before we left, but I plan to call today. And, as I mentioned, the fig and prosciutto pizza is worth the trip!

The pizza is okay. It’s the perfect size for two people to split but it’s not anything exceptional. The only thing I’ve tried that I don’t recommend are the truffle fries. The atmosphere is decent especially if you get to sit upstairs looking down. The staff was very friendly. For the area, this is one of the better options for a restaurant.

The worst pizza I have ever had. The pizza sauce tastes like it’s straight out of a jar. Another reviewer called it «cafeteria pizza». I thought this was an overreaction, but after eating here, I must agree that this is indeed terrible pizza. Nothing wicked about this place except that it is wicked bad.

This place is nice, very good food, nice atmosphere. The only thing that we do not understand is after a hard days work in Boston, we come to this restaurant and they close much to early. Being only a 14 min ride outside of Boston, weekdays or weekends, they must stay open past 10pm.

I’ve been here a handful of times over the last few years and I’d consider it an OK back-up option at best. Like another reviewer commented, we decided to go to Wicked after getting word of a hefty wait over at the Yard House. I do feel like a percentage of Wicked’s patrons are just overflows from the other restaurants that did not wait to wait. My last visit was after an afternoon of shopping, at 6:30pm on a Saturday night. Lucky for us, they sat us right away. Unfortunately, it was at the worst table in the whole place. We each had a few shopping bags, so the tiny round top directly in front of the kitchen and server station, with heavy foot traffic was a bit nuts. We asked to be seated at a different table, since we could see about three open next to us. That was easy enough, but the rest of the dinner was a write-off. I had to ask about the specials, ask about the soup, ask for silverware, ask for a glass of water… it was incredibly frustrating. They sat a table of three next to us, and then our waitress took their order and forgot about us. The food was bland. Nothing memorable.

The worst pizza ever! Tasted like cafeteria pizza. There were TVs at the tables which was distracting and odd. Nothing that we ate was memorable-burgers, fries etc. We will definitely never go back.

Matt at Wicked was absolutely great at helping me organize a group table of 18. The food was fantastic as well as the drinks and service. Really not a bad meal among all our guests. Great tap list and good cocktails. Our table was upstairs and Wicked was able to accommodate a wheelchair through their service elevated. We had a need for a second group event on very short(3 days) notice and Matt came through again and kept the bar open longer than usual for a group of 50. Everyone was very happy with the venue. Thanks Wicked!

After a few years of seeing Wicked and missing a friend’s dinner there, my hubby, son and I went there finally for dinner. It was early on a Sunday, so we were seated immediately. I really liked the décor(casual but nice) and was impressed with how large of a space it is. It seems like a good place for a group, a family and/or a couple’s night out… We decided to split a salad(I don’t see it on the menu — maybe it was still the summer menu? — but it was delicious and plenty for 2 people) and pizza(sausage & caramelized onion — mmmm!) and each got a glass(very generous pour!) of wine. I think it was a reasonable price, and we did the movie ticket deal(spend $ 50 and get 2 discount tickets to any SuperLuxe). I did sign up for the card, as we spend the right amount to get the promotional bonus, which I don’t think ever showed up on my card. Minus a half star for that! My friend had picked it for her party years ago because she has a severe case of Celiac and they have a nice gluten-free menu. I thought it was really nice for us — we have a toddler but were able to enjoy dinner out at a «nice» place without worrying about the other diners being annoyed. Was it the best pizza I’ve ever had? No. But I’ve had worse and I’ve definitely had much worse dining experiences!

I’ve been here on a number of occasions and I gotta say, I’ve never really been impressed with the food. I was there on a Saturday night, and the place was packed. I ordered the butternut squash ravioli and was left pretty disappointed. The whole dish was really salty. That was pretty much the flavor… Just salt. I took a bite out of my friends dish(he got some sort of pizza), and it was not too memorable. The only redeeming factor is that although the food wasn’t very good, the cocktails were strong and delicious.

This place is the hidden gem in legacy place. I popped in with a friend after Yard House said they had an hour wait. So glad we did! Their pizza with prosciutto and arugula was great, and their wine list gave us a huge variety. Highly recommend

Had The Big Island pizza. Was very good and tasty. Service was a little slow, but all in all a great meal.

Had an early dinner after a movie. Service was good and food very tasty. Was wondering how it would work out as it was pretty empty, albeit it was early. But we were pleasantly surprised. Had a cucumber cocktail that was good. Ate an Asian dish that hit the spot. Server was very attentive. Prices were amazingly modest.

Wicked is such a great place to grab some wine and pizza. The layout of the space is open and cozy. The main dining room has two levels packed in with tables and intimate booths. The bar is on the smaller side, but offers comfortable chairs and some TVs to keep entertained. The wine list here is great, you can order various sizes of wine pours or buy a bottle. The variety of whites/reds is wonderful and there really is something for everyone. There is also a full bar; their beer and cocktail menu is also jammed packed with great options. For lunch you can order individual sized pizzas(4 slices) or entire large pizzas. Some of the pizza’s I would recommend are: Fig and Prosciutto, Scallop BLT, Sicilian Comfort and the Pineland Farms Top Sirloin. Choose any of these pizzas and you will not be disappointed. In fact I’ve never had anything here except pizza! The sirloin pizza has changed in the last year, it used to have a balsamic glaze with cherry tomatoes. The newer version is not as good… but it is still really good! Our waiter said that they sometimes offer the older sirloin version as a special. Service here is excellent, I have never had a bad server or a bad meal here. I am really impressed with the space and quality of the pizza. Note: Wicked is connected to the movie theater so it can be really busy before/after any movies. Make sure you get some reservations if you are going on a weekend night or try to grab a seat at the bar!

Ate dinner here last night with a friend and we had a good time. We waited about 20 – 25 minutes for a table, which wasn’t bad, considering it was a Saturday night. My friend got a glass of wine and the lobster mac and cheese which was pretty big for an appetizer. I got the meatballs for an appetizer and the sausage and caramelized onion pizza. The meatballs were surprisingly delicious and the sauce they were in was really tasty and not acidic. The pizza was pretty decent but it was lacking something, couldn’t really put my finger on it, but it was pretty good tasting and I ended up with leftovers. My friend liked her wine and the lobster mac and cheese. Next time I go I will try the mushroom burger or an entrée on the special list.

The menu looks sooooo good and I was so anxious for a great night out. So they stuck a party of 5 plus baby at a small booth for 4. It was really tight! There were only 2 settings on the table and it took us like 10 minutes for the server to bring us enough for everyone. We also asked for a highchair which took about another 5 minutes… hard with a fidgeting kid… The apps we had were parm fries and honey wings. Both pretty good. Fries expecially good actually. I had the salmon salad which was not quite as described. The goat cheese was fried — not healthy… which was disappointing. And there were large chunks of potato in there… which was odd. The salmon itself was delicious. However, I also requested no nuts and dressing on side. Neither of which were done. Two others at my table got steak and both said it was very tough… Desserts were all good. VERYLARGEPORTIONS so we didn’t need FOUR of them… which the server had told us that. The manager was SUPER nice and came by to check on us which was great. I would have wanted to come back for their pizza, but given the service and HIGH prices for the service/quality of food, I am not sure I would.

I’ve been meaning to try this place for a while now since I’m always at Legacy Place, and I’m glad I finally did… only to know that I probably won’t come here again. Pizza is mediocre. They have individual sizes and full sizes, and gluten-free options as well which is a plus, but the pizza was very soggy and average in my opinion, for a place that specializes in pizza. We ordered the calamari as a starter, and I wasn’t very impressed. I left with a full stomach, so if you’re looking for a bite to eat or you’re just really craving pizza, it’s worth trying. Beware of the slow service.

This is my go to place whenever I’m visiting my friend in Dedham. The service is fast, drinks are good and pizzas are delicious! They also have good appetizers as well. Spinach dip is good, but the calamari was not that great. Located right in legacy place, very convenient next to movie theatre. Great place for a drink or food after bowling or movies!
