I’ve been to many, MANY dentists. It does not get better than Dr. Kantro. I have been seeing him for years, and hopefully for many many years to come. My girlfriend now also goes to see him and she loves everything about him as well. Laser dentistry is amazing, i dont think even once have i felt any pain from a fill in or anything of the sort. Hands down the best dentist on Long Island. Don’t hesitate, make your appointment and GO!!!

He’s a nice Dentist but is very expensive. I have had two root canals done so far. He charged me almost $ 2700 but North Babylon dental charged me only $ 1600 and the quality of work was the same. He is a nice dentist but way too pricey for my liking. If you can afford it and money isn’t an issue you than you should go to him but if money is tight I recommend north babylon dental across from the high school.

My husband has been Dr. Kantro’s patient for many years. Since being engaged and then married to my husband, he’s been taking me to Dr. Kantro’s office to have my teeth checked by his favorite dentist. What a gift, I love coming here. Dr. Kantro and staff are super fabulous! Dr. Kantro will not let you go home without him confirming that your teeth are good to go. He keeps-​up with the sophisticated technology as well, which makes the whole process easier. Dr. Kantro is «Dr. Smile for a day and everyday» *:) You’ll look and feel great after each visit. HIghly recommended!

I started going to Dr. Kantro as a teenager growing up in Long Island. Now, 17 years later, my husband and I both drive over an hour from where we live to get to his office because we feel that strongly about what a great dentist he is! He is knowledgeable, very skilled, and on the cutting edge of innovations in his field. He always makes me feel comfortable and at ease. His entire staff is extremely welcoming — to the extent that I look forward to seeing everyone when it is time for my check-​ups & cleanings. He takes the pain out of going to the dentist — I highly recommend him!
