Usually have no problem but they are expensive and went there today because it said online they close at 6 but they decided to close at 530. When I called, they were rude and told me the Internet was wrong. Wasted trip.

This place has TERRIBLE customer service. My sister and I drove very far to visit this place for some U of I gear and were ignored for at least ten minutes. The only person working there was dealing with one other customer the whole time (just recommending different types of gear to buy and making conversation) and pushed us away even when we explicitly asked for help. She wasn’t busy or stressed, just plain rude. After being ignored for so long, we decided if we weren’t helped within the next five minutes we would leave. We ended up waiting the five extra minutes and leaving without anything.

Shop here if you want to get over-​charged for cheap jerseys and deal with a 7 day return policy. It had better fit because you cannot return anything if you don’t meet the 7 day policy. don’t expect any friendliness from the staff or the owner for that matter. Buyer beware.

Who wants a U of I sweatshirt? EVERYONE.
This place has a wide array of college gear which is nice quality. I appreciate it for the quality of the shirts and sweatshirts. I have a couple of sweatshirts from 5+ years that are still like new. You can’t always find that at your local college campus.
This places doesn’t discriminate. From Valparaiso to Vanderbilt, you’re likely to find your favorite school.
