Deer Park Vision Center

I have been to this office before in the past for an exam and to purchase a pair of glasses and had no issues with my care or the way the staff treated me. When it came time for me to make an appointment to get a new pair of glasses and an updated prescription, I called and had the unlucky displeasure of speaking with an extremely rude receptionist. She interrupted me. She talked over me. She was snappy and unhelpful. I decided to let her know I wouldn’t be making an appointment, that she was VERY rude, and to have a nice day.
I would have been happy to come back here. But if the first thing I encountered at this Dr.‘s office is a snappy rude receptionist who acts like I’m wasting her time… no thanks. I’ll go somewhere else. And I did.
If you want to make an appointment here, I hope you don’t encounter the same problems I did.
