Yes I’m not a regular customer but I go as much as I can still very great coffee and great donuts. but the manager there is awful she needs to look at her employees better this one guy looked to be a hipster with gages in his ears was on his phone while a sweet little girl her name was lizzie she was doing all the work and I could tell she looked fed up but she kept her cool which was good but still that was very unfair and there is this one girl named morgan and she has got to be the rudest cashier i have ever met she wasn’t very nice to me. I haven’t been writing lately because I didn’t want to sound nagish but I’ve had enough the next time I see this I will go to the highest standards and go to corporate

I still go to the DD in Deer Park because I’m a long time DD coffee fanatic. However, I’m writing this update just to say that nothing has improved there and it’s still runs like a very mismanaged, disjointed business. Employees seem to lack any personality or common sense at all– if I’m getting 3 lg coffee’s, 2 bags of Munchkins and and 2 boxes of donuts a drink carriers and plastic bag would really help instead of having to wait around for someone to come back to the front to ask. Also, it’s irritating when i have to repeat the order«2 chocolate frosted and 2 White frosted donuts please», no lie– 3TIMES to the girl??? Seriously? It’s also very unprofessional to walk in and see employees literally laying on the backs across those little padded, colored chairs like they are at home stretched out on a recliner. Before this one opened I used to go to the DD in Pasadena on Fairmont pkwy and never had any kind of issue at that one.

We have gone to this location three times, disappointed every time since the first. They haven’t had chocolate frosted donuts each of the times. I just ordered a number 12, ham and cheese flatbread and an extra hash. I opened the bag once I got home and there was no extra hash browns and the flatbread was horrible. The slice of cheese looked like it’d been sitting out all day and never melted because of how hard it was. The ham wasn’t even warm and the sauce was the wrong sauce. Maybe it’s my bad for going after 730pm but the other times we went we still had bad service and got shorted on our orders.(Wait isn’t the customer always right??) Back in VA my son and I would frequent the neighborhood DD but here… no way… I’ll have to go to Shipley’s and get our chocolate frosted donut fix. It’s unfortunate because my husband loves DD coffee and would go every workday before his shift but has opted to get his coffee elsewhere. Bummer! The other reviewers are right to say there is poor management and low standards.

This DD is horrible and does not represent the generally good service of other DD’s across the U.S. They do not have my favorite donuts but I LOVEDD’s coffee. I have tried this location several times to get my vanilla latte and they have NEVER got it right… EVER. They get very confused when I order my latte HOT as if hot coffee were a new thing and never seem to understand the vanilla part. Literally, I’ve never left with a Vanilla Latte on the first order at this location. They’ve handed me iced coffee, hot chocolate and some caramel coffee thing, but never a vanilla latte… And I’ve given them several opportunities to get it right — at least 5 attempts now. This tells me it is a management issue. TRAINYOUREMPLOYEESPROPERLY. This location makes the donut chain look really, really bad.

I just came here with my daughter before taking her too school. Lucky for me I went when it wasn’t busy may I remind you that I have never been too a DD since I just move to deer park. So the donuts was a nice change because I usually always get schipplys because that’s all they had by where I used to live. Overall good experience and good donuts!!!

If you decide to go here BECAREFUL. They have a really bad LICE problem going on. Several employees have it and Michelle the Manager is not doing a thing about it. In fact just skip your daily dunkin donuts trip.

I have been to this establishment three times and I REFUSE to ever go back! My first visit wasn’t long after they opened up for business. I figured I would stop and get some coffee and a kolache to take to work. It took forever to get anyone to answer the speaker. Then when I drove up to the window, there was a truck in front of me. In the almost 30 minutes that I sat there waiting, no one ever came to the window to help the person in the truck in front of me, That’s when I went around the truck and left for work. My second visit I went to get a lemon filled donut and kolaches. We placed our order almost right away at the drive thru. They don’t have any doniuts made yet. I asked how long and the person on the speaker said about an hour. That’s the only thing I really like at Dunkin Donuts other than kolaches I had eaten in the past at other locations. Now their kolaches are definately not worth the over a buck each. Very small, can eat in one bite as they are 1.5−2.0 inches and very little sausuage or cheese in them. It would probably take a couple dozen to make you feel even alittle bit filled up. Today was my third and final visit. The lady took my order almost immediately. She asked me to come to the window. I started moving and you could tell that I moved. Then something looked good out of the side of my eye. So I stopped to look and thought about maybe buying it and splitting it with my child once I got home. The lady said«I said you could move up’. Hmmm I was thinking about giving you more business until you got rude… When I got to the window I told her she was rude and that I was thinking about getting something else and that it was very unprofessional. Had there been another vehicle behind me, I would have moved up. Besides, they had another customer at the window. Seems the lady at the window was the manager. Sure would hate to see how area or distrtict managers are like if they teach store managers to be rude. She did apologize after I told her she was rude and unprofessional, but third time was definately not a charm this time. I won’t be back. They have a couplke local places(Bosa and Donut Time as well as a chain: SHipley’s) near by. DOnut time or Bosa will get my bisiness from now on.

I love DD and have to admit this one is a major disappointment. The 2 stars I gave was for the lounge and dine-in area, cute décor and spacious. I thought since this was a stand alone(not shared with Baskin Robbins) they would have a larger assortment of donuts, munchkins, muffins, etc., they limit themselves to 2 small racks with only 4 shelves on each so their offerings are sparse and quite pathetic. Let me get down to the real reasons for my bad review. First is coffee, DD coffee is some of the best stuff on earth… but not at this store! My iced coffee was horrible and not made at all the way I requested. I got a hot cup of regular and it was just as bad but in different ways… it was bitter, scorched and not very hot and way too strong, like dregs that had been sitting in the pot for a day… it was not worthy of the DD name! Second, the donuts. There are 2 basic donuts offered at DD, cake and filled… anything else is crap. If you want glazed or chocolate iced… go to Shipley’s because the world knows that no one can make a plain glazed or chocolate iced yeast donut that beats Shipley’s! DD is famous for their cake donuts that are meant to be dunked in their delicious coffee, hence the name Dunkin Donuts. I do love their cake donuts, chocolate, blueberry, sour cream and don’t get me started on the seasonal offerings like pumpkin and red velvet… oh my! So it’s pretty hard to screw up a cake donut but I am sure that this location will figure out how! What they have royally screwed up is the filled donuts! A filled donut is meant to have filling brimming out of the donut and a flavorful treat you get in every bite. It must be so full that you have jelly, chocolate or cream on your chin, around your mouth and on your hands. A filled donut is a mind body experience that is meant to be enjoyed and savored with each delicious bite! Well, that is far from the case here! Their so called«filled» donuts have a nice decorative swirl of promised filling at the top of the donut only, nothing but dry donut inside. The disappointment that one feels when cheated of their promised jelly or cream filling is like buying Oreos with no filling or Twinkies that are all sponge cake. It is a crime that should put the baker in jail for falsely representing what should have been a bite of heaven on earth! After visiting this store and having the bad experience I feel confident that I will be able to adhere to my plans to give up sweets for lent. I guarantee that once lent is over, it is not this location that I will make a mad dash to visit. I would rather hit the location on Fairmont @ Burke or even the old original on Southmore before I give this one another shot. Yep, going here is a definite diet must do, since it will ruin DD for everyone that crosses the threshold of this store!

Speedy drive thru service, employees are friendly and understandable! Never have to keep repeating my order which is nice, but I just have to comment that SOMETIMES when I order NOSUGARANDEXTRACREAM it seems like they get that backwards other than that, I love DD! And the .99 cent any sized iced coffee after 12pm!

Buyer beware-feel the weight of your cup! I orders a latte and thought the cup felt a little light. When I opened it at work I saw that it was only half full! They didn’t put half of the amount of coffee in there. Very disappointed.

This was my 1st time in a Dunkin Donuts. The donuts weren’t that good. But they sure are pretty to look at. lol The store is very nice. It kind of reminds me of a kid version Starbucks. I bought a dozen of mixed donuts for my kids & they gave me a ice coffee free.
