On hold for almost 9 minutes for a to go order. Poor service, poor management. Since when did bad customer service become the norm? They have lost my business permanently.

I was very disappointed with the service, price and food. I ordered 2 subs. The steak and cheese sub had no cheese. When I went in to order I had to wait 10 minutes due to the girl behind the counter serving another workers order. They were obviously gossiping about something and ignored me. For $ 20 dollars I could have gotten 3 subs at Jimmy John’s with all the ingredients and at the most a 5 minute wait. All in all it took me 20 minutes to announce my order and receive it. Too top it off they tried to give my order to another person who had the same first name. I will not be back to this overpriced low quality place!

I will be contacting the manager and the corporate office on Monday due to the dis respectful unprofessional service I received on 5÷14÷16. There is no excuse for the behavior that I witnessed. It explains why the shop was EMPTY. THE STAFF IS POORLY TRAINED. There is much improvement needed. The wait time was very long. The sandwich was average, costly, bland. I am leaving 1 star so that I can post a review, however this establishment deserves 0 stars. The children running the asylum need supervision. I really don’t want to share all the details as I am still shocked over what occurred. Just a heads up to all my DP friends out there. Bring your wallet and your patience if you are in need of a firehouse sub. There’s too many good restaurants in town to waste time in this one. So disappointed.

Lately I have been craving a meatball sandwich. Oh and I have found the perfect match! The French bread is crispy with just the right amount of sauce and cheese that you can enjoy the sandwich without needing to wipe your hands and face off every bite! I ordered the medium with has 5 generous sized meatballs. I also enjoy all the drink options so you can switch it up from normal Coke products. The only reason I did not give a five star was customer service was lacking. I actually ended up saying hello to the staff before they ever acknowledged me. Service was slow, my husband and I were the only people ordering and it still took about 15 minutes to receive the order with three workers.
One thing which was a nice surprise was they have these delicious lemon cookies. I would strongly suggest to pick one up and try it for dessert.

Good sandwiches but you will have to wait. Sat at noon one customer infront of me and it took almost 25 min to get 3 sandwiches to go. For people on staff, 3 not doing anything but trying to figure out when they can leave.

Since I am 8 months pregnant, I cannot smell mayo. Not just once did they put mayo on my sandwich, but the second time I went back. How does this happen?

Meaning: Better than Subway.
You might have to wait and repeat yourself if you’re picking up food from the window. I recommend you go inside to pick up takeout orders.

Not your average sub shack! The flavors here definitely have a new york feel to me — pastrami was good, pork and slaw, steak and cheese. These are MANLY subs. The rest of the menu was more extensive than I had expected, so keep in mind you will have options.
Ask for a pickle, they are free!
