I am very pleased with the speed and professionalism of the staff at this facility. I am a nurse and felt very comfortable taking my friends, family, and myself to this ER. I was taken back to the room before even completing my paperwork. Everyone one was positive and friendly. I appreciate that.

I was very pleased with this emergency room. The thought of heading to an emergency room at 10pm for my son had me overwhelmed, I was expecting to walk in and see a waiting area full of people and prepared myself to be there for hours. Well that was not the case, I walked in no wait the man at the front greeted me he was very nice. we were back in a room within 5 minutes, the nurses checked out my sons insect bite. doctor came in gave him some meds, the next day I saw a HUGE improvement on the bite, it was no longer spreading and almost gone, thank goodness. Overall I would definitely go back and recommend this ER, that was the very first time ive ever walked into an ER and had absolutely no wait and quick service, with smiling friendly staff! Thank you FCER:)

First time visit for long time cough and sinus infection. Very clean and everyone was very professional and courteous. Will definitely recommend as well as use again! Very little wait time, in and out very fast!
