Happy Nails # 2

After a disappointing decline in the service at my usual shop I stopped by this salon and after conversing with the staff there I made an appointment with Mr. Tom. Based upon Unilocal reviews. I was excited to find what I hoped would become my new go to place. However, that is not what happened. I requested an acrylic fill and polish color tip. During my appointment Mr .Tom tried to speak with me but — no disrespect — I could not understand his English — I could not understand nor convey my thoughts. 2 hours later (and the only customer in the shop) I left $ 50 poorer and with an unsatisfactory product. Within an hour my top coat began to crackle. Not the quality I was seeking and have since found a new salon.

Diana was wonderful! Great attitude and very attentive. She was patient and she did a wonderful job on my pedicure & manicure. When it came to applying the shellac polish, I felt she could of done better. The polish was on my skin. She did try to fix it, but with shellac polish you can only do so much. My polish only lasted 6 days. The polish was coming off and chipped. I will go back for pedicure, but not for shellac.

Always get my nails done here by Tom. It took me a while to find a place that I really liked. It’s always so hard to find a good nail place where the nail tech works with what I want and does my nails just how I like. Everyone is always very nice and welcoming. I love the new chairs they got in when they remodeled the place.

Diane was recommended to me by a friend and I scheduled my first appointment with her today for a pedi and shellac manicure. It was a great experience and I will be back. Everyone was very polite and friendly. Diane was so pleasant, did a great job and generally made my nails look great. Highly recommend.

I’ve been coming here to see Tom for at least six years with a break of 8 months and that’s only because I was living in Connecticut. Before finding Tom I would jump from salon to salon because I couldn’t find anyone that did them perfectly.
Tom is a very sweet man, great at what he does and the busiest at this salon. Everyone asks for him. My mom is even addicted!
His wife works at the salon too and she’s amazing at waxing.

This place really cares for their customers! They do a great job with Nails and waxing. Always a pleasure coming here (:
