This McDonald’s needs a staff make-over! Several of the food preparers have long hair hanging in their faces that they continually brush back then continue preparing your food, one young girl yells at the«cooks» and then laughs very loudly, the place is needs to do something about all of the flies. Looking at the menu board and there were 7 flies attached to it… yuck!!! plus many buzzing around that you had to keep shooing away. After the remodel the seating inside is only a couple tables. This forces you to go into the kiddy play room to sit down and eat. Not the environment I’m looking for after working all day. Avoid this McDonald’s.

Can you give negative stars? The fact that they employ people who tamper with people’s food and openly call(scream at) their patrons«pussies»(multiple times!) for cancelling an order after watching someone tamper with their food and their children’s food is ridiculous! Refusing to right their wrong? This is supposed to be «family friendly»? Disgusting! I will never return. I look forward to the day McDonalds in Deer Park closes the same as it did in Chewelah! Maybe the owners should look into their management because the manager sure didn’t give a crap that the dining room full of appalled patrons and children watched as their staff were behaving in such a manner but he was sure proud to say he was the manager on duty!

First time in here and found great customer service! Only needed to find another Happy Meal toy and the kind counterperson patiently brought out three little minions for me to choose from. However, I was a little surprised at being charged what seemed to be the cost of a whole Happy Meal, $ 1.69, for just a toy. I paid 99 cents for a little guy in the Midwest just a couple of days ago. But the little guy here was a cutie pie too, and so he came home with me. Yeah, yayyyy, for Minion Mania. Two thirds of the available dining space is filled with a large indoor Play Space, surrounded by molded dining booths. There’s a sign on the entry door that mentions«Socks Required» and available at the counter. There didn’t appear to be any outdoor tables. The Women’s Room is just gorgeous, as is the entire restaurant. Clean, modern, and cheerful without being garish. Remodeling was completed last winter, I think. If I need to stop into a McDonald’s, I would not hesitate to make this location a destination. 4 stars only because I have not eaten food here yet.
