I purchased a pair of Buscemi sneakers online for my boyfriend and asked for two day shipping (which is an additional fee, that I expected). Not only did I not receive my item in two days, but I had to call to see what the delay was and their customer service told me that they needed to confirm with my bank for such a large purchase and because I was a new customer. They did not alert me via email or call me and it was extremely important I received my purchased in the requested time. I received a refund for the cost of the two day shipping, but I still did not have my purchase (very upsetting to say the least) but I eventually got my purchase and was impressed with the gift packaging. With my order, I was supposed to receive a gift card because I ordered during their current promotion. I received an email that said I should expect my gift card on or near 8÷20÷15. I have not received it (its 8÷29÷15), so I called customer service again because this company will not update you on the status of anything especially in delays unless you call (absurd!). The rude young lady tells me that they haven’t sent them out and will do so a few days before 9÷9÷15 or a few days after. Why wasn’t I alerted of this, when my email specifically states on or near 8÷20÷15. What is their idea of near and why is there no communication with your customers? Anyway, I am aware this is not the customer service reps fault, so I thanked her and she replies «uh huh». Absolutely unacceptable and she made it seem as if my concern wasn’t warranted. I will definitely never order from this company again and will do my best to make sure no one I know does either.

I personally love and miss NM from my CA days. When my boyfriend told me this store was here, I bout shit a brick I didn’t know!!!
We made a special trip from Hempstead to the outlet so I could get some NM brand cashmere.
Great pricing on clearance. The clothes could have been hung up a bit better and the men’s section kinda lacked other than jeans. They don’t carry intimates or makeup. I would give the store a 4 star on that note!
HOWEVER it gets 5 for my personal shopping experience w/​Nadia in coats, jewelry, and furniture. She was really sweet to my boyfriend & I as they both helped me find some nice things for work. Heck she even tried coats on with me! I’d also give it a high score for I felt safe shopping there, no worries of getting robbed. The store was also a good temp inside on this cold night despite its large size. That made me more comfortable to stay awhile and shop some, rather than be in and out.
I also asked other store clerks for directions to certain products. People were knowledgeable bout product locations. Stock of products was decent. No complaints.
The male staff didn’t seem amused by my boyfriend and I’s PDA (making out). Those dudes were just jealous cos they probably wanted to make out with him too.
And for the previous review that had a 1 star saying they don’t have larges. They do have larger sizes up to 12 – 14, but Neiman Marcus is noted for FITTED CUTS. So if you are beyond big boned or tall, go to Chico’s. NM last call is not a plus size store! The previous person does not understand high end store markets.
