(6÷1÷16) I went to eat here with family. It was around 8ish so there wasn’t many people. Lauren(sorry if I spelled it wrong) was our waitress and she was great, absolutely no complaints about her. Now the problem with this Ruby Tuesday starts with what they advertise. I ordered a spiked lemonade, a regular is $ 7. What their menu ADVERTISES is «Make it a LARGE for $ 1 more». Large would obviously mean a Larger cup that holds a larger amount of liquid, right? I get the large cause it’s only $ 1 more, who cares. They put it in those goblet glasses. I order another one but this time I order a regular size. As soon as it came to the table I poured it into the goblet glass and what do you know, it filled up the same amount. So really what is the $ 1 extra for? One of the workers got the manager for us so we can get this cleared up. She was some blonde lady I dont even remember her name. She tells us she doesn’t know what the $ 1 difference is for, she didn’t even know the price of the drink to begin with, she says sorry and says she will take off one of the drinks from the check, then she gets the bartender to better explain. How are you a manager and don’t know about the pricing and why there’s a dollar difference that you need to get someone else to explain for you? The bartender isn’t in control of the cost of the drinks, they just make them. The bartender comes over and explains the extra dollar is for more liquor but he’s giving attitude, why? You’re not even relevant and nobody was mad at you. After he walks away the manager tells me the regular glass is 16oz and the goblet was 19 or 20oz. HOWIFTHEREGULARGLASSFILLEDTHEGOBLETTHEEXACTAMOUNT? then she tells me the drink probably melted and made more liquid. No, nothing melted cause i poured it in as soon as i got it. They should get rid of that manager cause she obviously doesn’t know enough to be a manager, she has a poor attitude, and she doesn’t stick to her word. I guess she thought she was slick thinking I wouldn’t notice that she did NOT take off one of the drinks even though she said she would and i agreed that she could. Other than that, the food is great as always. They also need to change what they advertise, because when you go out you don’t order a Large Alcohol do you? no because that doesn’t make any sense. Stick to the regular size drink. Also, both my drinks tasted the same and didn’t taste like much liquor was in it anyways.

So I had been craving a shrimp dip for weeks and I’d had Ruby Tuesday’s before and liked it but this time it was pretty bad. I placed my order online and never realized I didn’t receive a confirmation email so when I got there they hadn’t received my order. Now that’s not a big deal but the bartender/server was being a little short with me meanwhile the error certainly wasn’t on my behalf but I let her know how I felt(didn’t appreciate her attitude) and her entire demeanor changed. You can definitely tell they rushed my meal and my entire meal was so salty and oily. Most of it went in the trash. Between the oil and the salt in the fondue to the huge granules of salt on the chips. This kind of goes back to my initial review where I said Ruby Tuesdays is really hit or miss because this was a complete miss. On the upside, I did have a $ 5 coupon.

Came to this location with a couple of friends and my wife. Close location to the Tanger malls. Salad bar was fresh and service was prompt. The food was exactly what we were in the mode for. I was very happy with price service and taste. The shrimp fondue was a little watery but flavorful. The bourbon salmon was shoft and moist while the added lobster tail was flavorful. My friends got the chicken version which they had no complaints. I will return to this location in the future.

Went Sunday at about 5pm. Place was pretty empty. Was seated in the bar area and bar tender was our server since no one was at the bar. I guess they figured that it was the only way she way going to make tips. Ordered ice tea for our drinks. Ten minutes later I asked where it was and she states she thought she told us it was being brewed and that was the delay. Was brought out a few minutes later. I ordered a plain burger because I had a coupon for a free one due to it being my birthday. Wife ordered fish dish, we both had salad bar. Biscuits were never served but since they’re not that great it was no big deal. Anyhow, server was not bad when it came to refills on the drinks and on the whole was ok. Went to that one because we were at Tanger. Would go back if I’m in the area because we both enjoy the salad bar.

What a disappointment!!! Wish there was a minus star review. Went back to Ruby Tuesday on Tuesday April 12th. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Got there at 6:30 and was told there would be a 45 minute wait for a table for 2 although there were numerous empty tables — I get it — if you don’t have the staff to serve the tables then do not seat them. There were people walking out because they never saw a server after being seated. We were seated and a poorly groomed server appeared almost immediately, took our beverage order and appeared aggravated we were not ready to order our meal immediately. She kept running her hands through her loose hair(shouldn’t it have been tied back?) and rubbing her nose. I was about to ask for a different server when the server abruptly left after coming out of the kitchen scowling — the assistant manager(?) told us she would be serving us after we sat for 15 minutes. We went to the salad bar which really needed a replenishment. The attendant had no sense of urgency — he would come out with one or two items at a time — I had no idea people could walk that slow. We went to the salad bar a second time because it was so bare the first time. After 30 minutes we asked the manager when our food was coming out — she said ½ of our order was«in the window». 15 minutes later she said«almost ready» -«still waiting». We asked for two more sodas, waited 10 minutes. One of the plastic mugs was badly cracked and the waiter(whose pants were so low his underpants were showing — very appetizing) was totally annoyed when this was brought to his attention. When our entrees were delivered one was hot and delicious and the other was cold, dry and not edible(the one that sat in the window?). After having to get up to catch the manager’s eye — she place the meal to return on the pile of menus on our table and eventually brought a fresh plate. We asked for the check as the second entrée was served. We waited 20 minutes for the check. When the waiter delivered the check his hand was bleeding and the check folder was covered in blood. There was a table of 4 women next to us and the server used our table as a side table — we had 10 menus piled up and dirty dishes from their meal. They waited 30 minutes for coffee which was served without the milk or sugar or spoons. On the other side of us was a table of 6 who didn’t eat their meal and the manager argued with them over the bill. There table was never cleared although the«storm» was over. Disgusting. I get it — sometimes you get busy and you are not prepared but if a staff is properly trained this should not be such a disaster. The restaurant was a wreck. Dirty dishes, uncleared tables, sloppy servers — train your staff not to go into the kitchen empty handed. Granted, our check was adjusted — one entrée was removed but we were charged for the salad bar. No one came to the table to apologize or explain. I do not care who didn’t show up — server, cook, busser etc. This is simply a case of poor training which is just plain poor management. One horrible experience trumps a dozen good ones. Never again.

Flavorless food. So unhappy. The manager Natasha was nice to deduct my meal from my bill and offered to get me another dish which I declined. For an appetizer we ordered the shrimp dip. It was watered down cheese with shrimp tomatoes and chopped green peppers. I had the international shrimp dish. The grilled shrimp were barely grilled. Still translucent. I ate one and spit it in my napkin. Gross. I tried the thai shrimp and it was basically a ball of grease. So turned off i skip the fried shrimp and call it a day. Refusing to eat i drank up the delicious strawberry lemonade. My daughter and son got the triple play which was ribs chicken and shrimp. They both said the bbqs sauce was decent but the ribs tasted like nothing. My daughter gave them 4⁄10. They gave the shrimp 3⁄10. They were dark as if the grease was old. My son said they were too dry. My son had fries with his and my daughter had mashed potatoes. She gave the potatoes 8⁄10. The service was ok. The waitress was very nice. To say the least we won’t be back. Tip for the establishment: change your grease!

First time at Ruby Tuesday. Really not a good value for your money. We stopped in here for a quick bite. We just came out of the kids school concert and really wanted to eat and get home. First the food took quite some time to get to us. The place was not busy so I’m not sure why. The food was average and small portions but that is ok. What I don’t understand is why does a kids meal not come with sides. Kids meal everywhere come with sides. We ordered kids meals and then had to pay extra for kids portion of mashed potatoes which was $ 3.49 extra on top of what you’re paying for the kids meal itself. The waiter was a nice guy. Place was quiet and good parking. Just wished the food was better and not nickle and dime on a kids meal.

The service is kinda slow, and the place was quite empty. The food was pretty good, no issues there. Don’t eat the free biscuits, they are not good! Lol

Came with a few friends because one of us had a gift card, none of us had been here before. The first thing that captured my attention was the prices. Everything on the menu is very oddly priced. I paid $ 13.49 for their flagship burger which was the colossal burger two patties with bacon lettuce onions and tomatoes which I DIDNT ask for that’s always nice for free extras. I ordered it medium and got it well done and very dry safe to say I’m definitely not coming back the fries were soggy and service was ok. This place is cool for your sixth grade graduation party but anybody with tastebuds do not come within 500 ft of a ruby Tuesday. The appetizers should be called kill ur appetite-zers they definitely got the illest microwave back there because everything was greasy and tasted old. Very soggy and very disappointing. :(

My experience here was very underwhelming. The food was mediocre and the service was slow. We waited a long time for the entrees, drinks, utensils, and dessert. My boyfriend asked for new utensils, and he never got them. The food was okay. My petite sirloin was indeed petite. Very small. My boyfriend’s salmon tasted weird. The rice was plain. The only good part of my experience was the dessert. The apple crumble flatbread was delicious!

where to begin? on the ‘pro” side… There is ample parking. thats it for the pros. Now…the service. our server put the«wait» in waitress. the place was relatively empty and our waitress had 4 tables. 1 was a party of 2, the others were parties of 4(as was ours). When she finally mosied over to take our orders, she was a little«out of it» ?? Not functioning on all cylinders. She couldn’t get the least idea of what we were trying to order(very simply burgers and sides). she actually wandered off in the middle of taking our order to go giggle with another server! then when she returned to us, she couldn’t read or remember where she left off with our order. then, mistake #2… we ordered drinks. She sat at the end of the bar gabbing with the bartender and completely forgot our drinks. i went up to the bar finally and asked her if she had put the order in. She replied«Oops». Ooops??? unbelieveable !! We waited and waited for our order to appear. After ½ hour i went to find the manager, because she was nowhere in sight. He apologized and went to retrieve our order and waitress. When we finally got our burgers and salads(45 mins. later), the side orders were wrong, the dressings were wrong and all grossly undercooked. This was an awful experience and even tho the manager offered us «ONE free dessert»,(which we refused) there was no making up for the wasted time and unappetizing food. Would NEVER visit this location again.

I really don’t like to go to the semi fast food chains — preferring to give my business to local establishments. That said, I have visited this particular Ruby Tuesday’s 3 times in the last month and all of the visits have been very good. The salad bar can’t be beat and the smaller sized plates are perfect for a quick lunch. Servers have all been friendly and professional. Even the steaks(which are usually horrible in this type of restaurant) have been uniformly good. Kudos to the management… Nice job.

Our waiter was rude. I think something was wrong with him. It took forever to get our drinks. They’re utensils are disgusting. They still had dirt on them. And all of the customers put these utensils in there mouth? Disgusting

Ruby Tuesday is nearby and pretty decent. On this occasion, my friends and I went with a 3-course meal(see photos). The buffalo wings, buffalo chicken sandwich, and dessert were all very enjoyable. And the service was spot on as well. The only criticism on this occasion was that my friends complained the water tasted«weird» so they ended up ordering other drinks. Then again, they’re from Queens so I’m not sure what kind of water they’re used to :).

Thai phoon shrimp and bacon blue burger… completely atrocious food. Happy hour, coupon and free food will not make me come back. They used to be halfway scent back in the day, but no longer! Only saving grace was a nice bartender.

This is another«3 stars is not an insult!» review. Also, chain restaurants have a really tough time standing out to me when they follow the same stencil of serving food. I will say this: After a long day of shopping at Tanger’s with the parents, we were all starving. We were met here with a friendly, accommodating server, were sat immediately, and had Gaby, our awesome waitress helping us out. I got the New Orleans Seafood platter, which came with Tilapia, shrimp and two sides(I chose grilled zucchini and rice pilaf). The tilapia was definitely over-salted, but otherwise well seasoned and nicely cooked. The shrimp was perfectly cooked, too. The food came out about 15 minutes after we ordered it, which was good timing. Plus, it was served nice and hot, which is noteworthy considering I’ve been to some establishments that serve food luke warm for some reason. The kitchen messed up my order by giving me the wrong side, but Gaby was super helpful about it, fixing it immediately. I got the correct side within minutes of telling her. Good customer service is one of the best ways for a chain to stand out to me, and this is definitely one of those examples. Plus, they have these cheddar and chive biscuits they serve you when you come in. Those things are like crack. We asked for more and they’re no additional charge! Starving person’s highlight, man. Overall, not a bad choice if you’re hungry after a long day of outlet shopping.
