Always disappointed when I order here. Not only do they always get my order wrong but the food looks and tastes terrible… It’s like they throw a smashed up burger together with there eyes close into a bag and call it a night! I wouldn’t be surprised if the carhops were playing hot potato with my burger before they gave it to me! Smh They also take FOREVER!!! U would think your food would be hot! Hahaha that’s a laugh in the face!

Horrible Service! Waited 25 minutes for food to be told it was given away to someone else. Called to talk to manager which could barley speak English to be told yea it was given away with no solution … Okay who does business that way! Sorry but really there is too much competiton to be treated that way!

Sat at the order screen for ten minutes. Pressed the red button twice. Left because no one helped. You can’t get food at sonic if no one answers. Went to jack in the box off spencer instead.

We go here about once a week. Food is usually very good. I love thier footlongs and tots and usually is what I get. Recently we’ve gone in the evenings a couple times a week for their half price shakes. When we went through the drive thru a couple nights ago, we had to wait in line while we were at the window. We already paid and saw people behind us leaving after getting their order(and much larger orders). They never told us why the order was taking so long. No apologies for the wait. Nothing. It was only two shakes. We were waiting at the window over 15 minutes. When we got home, my shake was sour. I was going to work about a half hour later and I took it with me to complain. Management didn’t seem to care about my complaint. I wasn’t going to ask for money back, just for them to correct it. I was denied. Usually if I have had a complaint here(which has been only 2 in the last 10± years) it was corrected immediately. Not this time. They will probably have lost a customer. I am still thinking about not going back. I have other places in the area that I have choices in going to. Sad to see this happen. My first job was a cook at a different Sonic many years ago. We were always disciplined if we got complaints(whether written or verbal). As far as the tidiness of this location, the parking lot is always clean. If you go to a car stall to order, usually much better and faster service.
