This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever had in my life! I actually took the time to call customer service. The unbelievable attitude stems from the manager. I ordered several pastry items which were thrown in a box with no tissue. No one apologized… They just gave a smirk and shrugged their shoulders. I will never visit this location again. I talked to the manager very nicely. She never said a word and didn’t apologize. She shouldn’t be a leader there because she isn’t a leader. I hope my call to customer service creates a change there.

So the drinks are made a bit better here, but what is up with Starbucks having poor customer service? Every time I come here there is poor service. After they over charge for a drink you can only have made by them? Time to buy an espresso machine.

What I love about is Starbucks location is that the staff is highly professional and mature. I sometimes get tired of the hipster barista stereotype that can plague some coffee shops in more urban areas and it’s refreshing to find that doesn’t exist here.
Searing is ample, but during the winter, it’s breezy in the main room. The outdoor seating is excellent in the warm months, but it’s not much of a people watching location, since it’s on the corner by the road.
This location is average when it comes to wait time and service. Though the team is mature, sometimes it can be a struggle to get a smile. Still overall I’ve had mostly positive experiences here, so I’ll be back!

BAD ATTITUDES !
This is the second time I came here and was given the worst attitude by the wanna be barista who doesn’t know the meaning of a «wet» cappuccino.
I brought it to her attention and all she did was pour milk in it and ruin it. This time she was sooooo sarcastic when she gave it back since I asked her to make me a new one.
She’s here out of uniform making coffee with her bad attitude. What a bad representation for a wonderful coffee shop (not this one)
Also, I forgot to give them my holiday punch card and when I was going to the register and asked them to punch my card a few months uses later, the girl looked like I was bothering her since she had to walk over and grab the card.

As far a Starbucks i concerned, There are much better ones out there. I am a Starbucks junkie so with the sheer volume of Starbucks I visit, this location falls way behind the rest. The staff was so indifferent about me being there they were borderline making me feel unwelcome/a pain their asses.

Another Coffee Shop Review
I want to begin this review of how I became hooked on Starbucks. I was at work and one of the guys in the cafeteria offered me a cup of Starbucks. I took him up on his offer and I was hooked.
We stopped in here before seeing a movie. It was our first time in this Starbucks. This Starbucks was average size and had a good amount of seating. I liked that that they used repurposed wood to build the tables. It kind of goes with what Starbucks portrays themselves as.
It is a good location considering that it’s in the Deer Park Shopping Center so you can grab a quick cup of your favorite drink and go shopping or see a movie.

Aaaaand another one!
Hello coffee, good morning, good afternoon, oh and goodnight!
I enjoy this outdoor shopping plaza even though it seems to be heavily female oriented. Then there’s SB. Male or female, no one can resist the smell of coffee while looking for ipads, bikinis, sunglasses or Dick’s (the one across the street).
Although kinda small, i’m not one to hang out at a coffee shop reading a book or using free wifi. Grab n go is more my style so it didn’t bother me at all. Fast service and friendly employees here as well!

The employees at This shop are very friendly and accommodating. The manager, Lisa, really cares about her customers having a good experience. I would rate it a 5, but store Is a little small for the traffic it carries.

A smaller Starbucks then most but nice location because of the mall. The layout is goofy and waiting for your drinks gets a bit crowded. They took out the fireplace from when it used to be a Caribou Coffee which was a mistake. Because of it’s small size it seems to be alot louder then most.

This location is kinda meh. It’s VERY small and disjointed. The layout is very strange. I agree with another reviewer that it was mch nicer when it was a caribou coffee… HOWEVER, the employees I encountered were very friendly, and when I went it was not busy (yay!). I was helped right away and hung-out to sip coffee for 20 minutes.
While I was there relaxing, the employees were always busy. If they weren’t helping customers they were busy cleaning.
A for efffort and courteousness.

My least favorite Starbucks location. Yes, it is nicer than most, but it is always super crowded. I came here the other day and the line was literally out the door. It is ludicrous! Maybe they are understaffed, maybe it is just a popular location because it is in Deer Park Mall. I like this place much better when it was Caribou Coffee. I miss the couches and fireplaces!
