2nd attempt was so much better service was quick and good and food was amazing! It started out great with free coffee at the door, and that was it. We ordered quick and thought we would be out quick, but 30 mins later still no update or sight of the server to let us know where our simple«traditional» breakfast and French toast was at. Another 10mins and we just got up and left. Very disappointed. When I stop at the counter to pay for the small OJ, they actually took my money for it and said the New menu was the reason for the hold up BS because again I order normal items that have always been on the menu. JUST A BADEXPERIENCEALLAROUND.

When the place you stop in for breakfast exceeds your highest foodie standards and the staff is equally pleasant, well, you have to say something. This restaurant understands that serving great food in a pleasant environment is not the only thing a restaurant does. This place gave me a ‘Ratatouille’ moment when the Beef brisket hash, a breakfast special, was served up in a small iron skillet. The juice was freshly squeezed, the coffee was exquisite, the meal so beautiful in presentation that I can honestly say it tasted as good as it looked. I ate slowly mostly because I couldn’t stop looking at every bite. It’s the first time I recall a breakfast experience left me speechless. Worth the money.

I actually put off writing this review because the experience was so bad! I wish this place was good bc it’s so close to our home! We went with family who had travelled from out of state. It took a RIDICULOUSAMOUNTOFTIME to get ANYTHING! The service is so so so so slow, and the food really isn’t very good at all. I’m not one for giving such bad reviews, but I find myself questioning why anyone even goes there. Food is often burnt, the coffee is terrible(and gave me heartburn), and the pancakes are dry/burnt. Go to original house of pancakes on Glades Road. They are delicious, and service is fast!

Stopped in for breakfast on aSunday morning. They had a bit of a wait, 15 – 20 minutes. Service was prompt and friendly. Food was good, however were not likely to come back as I don’t feel comfortable eating in a restaurant with dogs also inside. I saw a sign that dogs are welcome at the outside tables but these dogs were inside sitting by their owners. I don’t think this should be allowed, is it even allowed by the health department? I would probably avoid First Watch in the future for similar places that don’t allow animals inside.

Very disappointing breakfast today at the Deerfield First Watch. While the service was ok our food was terrible. My husbands eggs, sausage and potatoes were cold and my oatmeal(which was advertised as steel cut) was nasty instant oatmeal with cut up strawberry and bananas in top! They are not serving what they advertise as «fresh food». Very overpriced and crowded! It’s a shame because this place used to be good. We won’t be going back anymore.

We are regulars and went in today to find a new menu, increased prices, less food and smaller pancakes. 3 people for breakfast was $ 32. We won’t be back.

Been here few times already, love how close it is to my house. There is always a wait but it’s totally worth it, the breakfast dishes are very unique and oh so delish, my personal fav is the eggs benedict, but there hash dishes and omelets are just as good. Come with an empty stomach because every dish is filling. To top it off the staff is very pleasant and always smiling, they don’t rush you out either. The management is also hands on and they make sure you are happy. This location is the best one I have been to. I’m not crazy about the one on St. Andrews they are disorganized and it makes hard to enjoy your meal in all the commotion.

Yes, please! The chocolate chip pancakes are insane. Chickichangas are a must. We will definitely be back for more!

I only have a handful of places I eat on the regular… and this is one of them! Must try the turkey bacon avocado sandwich with your choice of soup or greens. Bacon lettuce tomato and egg is also one of my favorites. For breakfast I get the energy bowl with granola. Comes with yogurt, fruit and granola. Very filling as a side. Everything I’ve ordered has been fresh and made perfect. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Don’t forget they close at 230. If your in the area and want fresh food… this is the place!

Food was good overall, the service was outstanding. Our water Lawrence if I remember correctly was on the ball. The food was good to very good but I’m not sure I’d say it was worth the almost 1 hour wait. We’ll be back but will do our best to avoid weekends.

This place is our go-to breakfast spot. Yes, there’s a wait but any GOOD place has a wait. Download the«NoWait» app and you can virtually get in line before you arrive. All their food is fresh and I’ve always had pleasant and capable servers. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is sick of pancakes and waffles being their only choices for brunch.

I used to come here a lot and would bring people here and used to recommend this location a lot. This is why I wait a few months to a year to comment sometimes. This place was so great when it first opened up, a lot of long waits, but the food was consistently good. We stopped going because the quality seemed to not be as important as getting the food out as soon as possible anymore. Today was a fine example of this repeated occurrence. We ordered for pick up, got home and what we got was burned bottom potatoes overdone food. I was starving, so I looked past that went on. Inside this Key West Crepegg I found black avocados and not much else. Very little bacon and turkey and not much egg. In a professional kitchen, they would have quality control in the form of a expeditor and if something was burned or the wrong order was done, they would make sure the cook makes it again. As I sit here writing this, I am still starving and thinking, should I go out now at 10am when waiting times for breakfast are ridiculous, or should I just stay home and eat a pb&j? I no longer recommend this location.

I’m not sure where this place has been my whole life but it may just be one of the only«chain» restaurants I don’t hate. Fresh, delicious, fruit, eggs, juices PLUS great service? What?!? It’s true friends. Only drawback is that the restaurants are always jam packed on the weekends so be ready to wait! But, they do make it more bearable by providing you with their delicious coffee while you wait. Not too shabby. I highly recommend the bacado omelette — just as it sounds — bacon, avocado and cheese — soooo yum!

Went for brunch here this past Sunday with a few adults and two toddlers. The wait time was exactly what they quoted-20 minutes on the dot. Which was great, but somehow they didn’t hear when I said we needed 2 high chairs, so they needed to scramble to get us a different table, which they actually did fast and efficiently! The crayons and papers were lifesavers with the kids, and I ordered my son the kid’s chocolate chip pancake! Definitely not kid’s size! It was humungous! My son inhaled it though! I took a bite too, and it was very good! This is where our meal started to go downhill. They weren’t nearly as busy as before, but somehow, it was a very long time in between the kids’ meals coming and the adults’ meals making it to the table. I’m glad at least the kids were able to eat, but I’m not sure if the kitchen messed up on something, or if it was our server? .But we definitely noticed multiple parties getting their food before us when they came in after us(even larger parties)!! When our food did arrive, it was very good! My blueberry pancake was as big as my son’s. Huge! And my bacon was perfect-well done as I had requested! The Belgian waffle looked good too, and was also very large! Didn’t try that one though! I would happily return, and hope that long wait was just a fluke of the day(so I’ll keep it four stars)!!

I went for breakfast on a Friday during holiday Christmas — New Year week. Therefore every seat was taken but I was lucky and didn’t have to wait. Service was quick, very diner-like, which I like because hey, this isn’t a prime steakhouse and the place was very busy. I ordered the FrenchToast with tropical fruits slices all over it. Delicious. I love the fact they just put a carafe of coffee on your table, no waiting for waitress to come by for a fill up. I have never seen this before. The reason for my 4 stars instead of 5: a bit crowded on tables next to other tables, décor/ambiance is nothing special but pretty nice, and parking is ok but not great. Jim

Very cool brunch place with an interesting operating philosophy. As can be gleaned from the name, this place is only open until about 2:30 every day. They focus on a variety of breakfast and lunch options, with a special emphasis on adding a healthifying twist(yup that’s a word, trust me I’m a scientist). Found this place through the Unilocal app and decided to give it a shot as I was in the area running some errands. I soon figured out that this is a chain place with about 150 locations as of this writing. Still, means they must be doing something right. They’re located in a huge plaza but going there on a weekend around brunch time meant the Publix shoppers taking up a large amount of the strip mall parking. Still, wasn’t too bad and I found a spot in a few minutes. Actual wait was pretty short for me, as I was a party of one. The host offered me a seat at the communal table, which I thought was a cool idea, but decided on just a regular table. Immediately took a liking to the Floridian french toast. Came out very quickly and tasted great. They use sourdough bread for the toast, which made for a lighter and less sweet base, but I was able to counter that with maple syrup, of course. There was also fresh fruit in the form of kiwis, bananas, and strawberries. Some of the strawberries were a little dark but still tasted great. The kiwis actually turned out to be a little odd, as they didn’t seem to belong to the rest of the dish, but appreciated their presence anyways. The star of the meal was the fruit compote. Dipping a little bit of french toast in there was heaven! Highly recommended. And definitely more than enough to get you full. I am not a small guy and I still couldn’t quite get through it. Good value for 8 – 9 bucks for sure. Service was impeccable. The waiter was always there when I needed him despite it being very busy. Answered any questions but knew when to be unobtrusive. Host staff were also very friendly. Definitely a good place to look for now that I know it exists. It may not be a down home diner, but still a tasty place to eat with a lot of locations. Definitely added to the list!

I’ve been to this restaurant before, but this was my first time at this particular location. The food was good and healthy. The service was ok upon entering, but our waitress was awesome and personable. I loved everything about it, but it was freezing inside; it’s hard to enjoy my food when I’m freezing.

After the longest time thinking this was a watch store, I’ve finally made it to First Watch for a late breakfast. It was Sunday around 11:30am, so of course a bit of a wait but not too bad. i ordered the Market hash with multigrain toast instead of the english muffins. It came with the muffins but the server was prompt and brought me my toasts. The dish was delicious, the potatoes were nice, firm and not covered in grease! To my surprise the toast was so tasty, really delish bread! My fiancé ordered the Tri-Fecta with potatoes instead of meat, and blueberry pancakes, which by the way would just melt in you mouth! We are now a fan and will be back many times!
