Love it! First place I’ve been able to actually discuss things like tone pots and nuances of different woods w pickups etc with them and not been met w a blank stare. No offense meant to the chain stores around here this is a small area and I know the guys need work but it’s been very frustrating when staff are just jammers and not really knowledgeable or interested to know about instruments. Thanks guys.
Oh was that Showmaster a PG or PG+ with the maple neck or mahogany?

Super laid back casual friendly staff very helpful the largest pedal selection I’ve ever seen!!!

I’ve been here a few times. It’s an outlet with a huge selection of guitars and other instruments like ukuleles and keyboards. The staff is also super casual and friendly.

Great independent music stores are few and far between, but Gear Hero is really making a run for it. If you play guitar, definitely check this place out. Other instruments (drums, keys) are not as well-​represented, but it looks like they’re trying. They have Mesa Boogie amps, which are hard to find in this area as well. Friendly, knowledgeable and cool staff too. They bill themselves as an outlet and each time I’ve been there, there’s a different close-​out available (last time was a PRS guitar at a significant discount).
