This company is unscrupulous! They are pushy & annoying! Their sales tactics are less than honest & they’re very manipulative!!! They kept calling to try & sell me more items, almost on a daily basis, telling me they would work with the building I was interested in. They are very push, telling me that the deal would be over that evening & if I wanted to take advantage of this «deal», I’d have to act now! I should’ve talked to my contractor first. This also taught me to ALWAYS check any company’s BBB rating. Theirs is a «D», that should’ve been a warning right there! I was told that I had signed a contract (I did) & that they would send me to collections (which they did). I’m now out my deposit, approx. $ 8,000; plus they sent me to collections for another $ 8,000. They can call, send letters, etc. until the cows come home, I’m not paying it.
