Dumbest workers ever !!! Rude and obviously not Able to do their jobs. I said«No mustard» my receipt says«no mustard» GUESSWHAT the sticker on the wrapper says«No MUSTARD» Can you guess what I got on my cheeseburger? MUSTARD !!! Called the store 4 times, and no one answers the phone. Literally a bunch of idiots. Also let me add, the«24 hour» drive through is on their own terms. Went there around midnight one night and the guy says«sorry but we closed».

Where do I even start with this one? I had a group of VERY well behaved high school boys that were finishing competition at a debate tournament in Ft. Lauderdale. We finished competition late, but the boys hadn’t eaten. This McDonald’s was across the street from the hotel. We arrived at 10:40. Our food was very slow, but we didn’t care because we knew we had come late. Still, some of our boys were getting their food at 10:57. That’s pretty slow by fast food standards. I wouldn’t have even cared but at 11, the manager came up to us and told us we needed to leave. I said that some of our boys just got their food 3 minutes ago. She said she didn’t care and that we needed to get out. There were a dozen other customers eating in the store, and we were the only ones that she was singling out. She said the dining room closes at 11. I said that my understanding of that is that you don’t let other people in the restaurant after 11, and NOT that you just kick out customers who just got their food. Especially when it took nearly 20 minutes to get it to them. All of this was extremely civil, and then she just yelled that she was going to call the cops if we didn’t get out. My jaw hit the floor. Threatening to call the police on polite patrons who just want to eat their food?! Craziness. Won’t go back. Hope no one does.

The absolute worst McDonalds I’ve ever visited. Unfortunately, it is the only one near me, so I get my coffee here several time a week. For some reason, in the early mornings, their intercom«not work» so you must pull up to the window to order. But, this is something you have to guess, because otherwise you will be sitting at the speaker ready to order wondering what’s going on. Sometimes there’s someone with broken English who mumbles«forward window» or something like that that gives you the idea to pull forward to order. In any event, however you realize to get to the window, be prepared to wait 10 – 15 minutes for your order regardless of what it is or how many are ahead. Yesterday I waited 10 minutes for a hot tea with 1 person in front of me. Today I waited almost 20 for hot tea with two cars in front of me. Perhaps the most disturbing part of it all, besides the more than obvious lack of urgency of the staff, is the attitude that I’m interrupting them in some way. Awful place… thinking of taking my business to Dunkin Donuts or some other competitor.

This McDonald’s is down the street from the Doubletree where I was staying. Other than the odd entrance design, everything about this McDonald’s seemed pretty true to the brand. The food came out hot and in a timely fashion. More importantly, the order came out right! Nothing breaks the reputation of a fast-food location like consistent order screw ups. All in all, it’s a good representation of the McDonald’s vision and I’d come back again.

Older MCD. Other than that, the same as all the others.
